Made a reservation online a few days before my appointment, simple enough process. The evening…read morebefore I was called to confirm my appointment. Location/Arrival: The spa is located inside the Omni Hotel. Upon turning off from Woodway you take the driveway until the end which leads to the hotel. Have option to self park (garage) or valet (the spa does validate your parking). Once entering the hotel the front door man easily pointed me to the direction of the spa. The woman at the front desk for the spa was great and got me all checked in. Male area has a dry sauna (wish the main light could be dimmed), steam room (couldn't figure out how to make it work so didn't use it), a warm plunge pool, and two private showers. The area was very clean and plenty of towels. You receive a bathrobe and slides. There is soap/shampoo in the shower. Also sun block is available which I was surprised by, but appreciative of. Right outside the men's area is the waiting area for your services. Also very clean and peaceful. Massage: Nick was my masseur, he was great. He checked in a couple times to make sure pressure was right. Great experience. After my massage I went out and hung out by the pool for a bit. You have access with spa services. It's not a far walk from the spa. Pool was cold, as looks like the pool gets a lot of shade in the morning. Plenty of lounge chairs to relax on. Definitely will be returning.

You're greeted with a smile as you walk in to fill out a quick questionnaire while they grab you a drink. The robes provided are lush. Service promptly started on time. I enjoyed the exfoliation scrub and shea butter with the Hydrating Body Glow treatment. Your skin is left feeling buttery soft. Thuy was professional and kept a relaxed environment the whole time. You can enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, and pool before or afterwards. Mokara has a decent weekday deal - a treatment, 2 drinks, and $28 credit at Birdies all for a reasonable price. They provided handwritten notes inside our lockers and surprised with a birthday dessert. We will 100% return in the future. Service was exceptional from beginning to end.

A bit packed because of the holiday season but that didn't impact the service. Our incredibly sweet spa attendant event went to the downstairs restaurant to grab my grandma a post treatment moscato since they don't serve it in the spa. I know for sure I'll be back and I'm sure my grandma will be coming with me! Lol

Because it was my birthday, they also treated me to a complimentary glass of bubbles, which I enjoyed sitting in my robe as I awaited my girlfriend. We both got massages--shout out to Karen who did a fantastic job working out ALL of the knots on my back. The spa amenities include a hawt as hell hot tub, steam room, sauna, showers, powder rooms with tools to get ready, hot stone chairs, and a quite relation room. The quite room wasn't so quiet. People were very chatty and loud. We were there on a Saturday morning and the spa was really busy; felt very rushed to get in and out of the quiet room (we were even asked to leave so others could enjoy)... I think the hot tub should get cleaned out. There was something gritty in there, which felt like sand, but it actually cut my fingertips... fiberglass, filtration sand? Overall, I would maybe go back but not on my own dime.

Spa days are essential to the soul. I was given a gift card during teacher appreciation week that…read morecovered enough for a massage at Trellis. I decided to make a whole day out of it. With any booking you are granted access to the premises from 8am to 7pm. It's better to go early during the week because they say it gets busy on the weekends. I honestly went on Monday and I'm thankful that I did. Things that are complimentary are: access to lockers, showers, steam room, jacuzzi, cooling pool, and out jacuzzis. Plus there are lounging spots upstairs where the massages take place. They also give complimentary tea, coffee, fruit, cookies, and trail mix. Plus refreshing infused water. I pre booked a 50 min trellis massage. Kendal gave the best massage I ever had, I swear! Although I will say there is definitely discrepancy with time as they add in them walking you to the room, pre conversation, undressing, all of that into it. So ultimately it can vary from 35-40 mins which is a bit meh for the cost of $200 + 23% mandatory gratuity (not including tip). I most definitely would come back for another massage with Kendal. Yet if you're coming solo bring headphones because sometimes there will be couples or groups talking in the inside cooling pool area and it can sound quite loud since it's closed in.

The email came with instructions where to park. And u actually pass your trellis on the way to park your car. The parking spaces will be clearly marked trellis. The locker that they provided was very spacious. There was about 3 attendants in the locker room as well. Every locker came with a robe already inside. And u will be assigned a locker when you check in at the front desk. They also lend u sandals to wear if u want to borrow them. The massage area has 22 rooms and 3 waiting areas upstairs. And they to have areas where people are sleeping in their robes. I didn't think it would be so busy on a random weekday but I was wrong. There was a constant flow of people. I love all of the amenities. They provided coffee, tea, short bread cookies, fruits and nuts and of course water. My masseuse was great. I got the pressure exactly how I like it. I love the choice of oils I can use for my massage. I love the smell and esp bc it's the veranda natura bisse and it's all natural. When I was done with my massage, I went to the pool outside to enjoy myself. One pool was hotter than the other. I sat under the trellis and eventually ordered lunch. I didn't think lunch was going to be good but it was amazing. I've had lunch here years ago when I stayed on the Houstonian hotel and I ordered room service. I ordered salmon both times and it's still good years later. Everyone here was great. The massages do include the tip and I believe it's like 20-25%. Also the food that I ordered at the pool came with a service charge as well. Now the people at the pool were wonderful. They made sure we have water always. U can also refill the water yourself but they do come around with a tray with cups of cold water. So the pools outside are heated and the pool inside is cold. There is also a jacuzzi which is small. I had a wonderful experience here. Can't wait to go back when I need some R&R. And if u go on the weekends the massage prices are going to cost more.
