I went to this salon in late October for a service advertised as partial highlights and was charged $125. When I first walked in, I was immediately taken for a hair wash, which is unnecessary for highlights, and my hair was freshly washed a day prior. When I sat down, they asked if I was ready for a "blowout" and I said that I had booked highlights, there was two people there and the woman who seemed annoyed and the man there said he had me booked as a blowout. They ended up taking a few minutes to get the product ready and seemed visibly annoyed, like it was my fault I wasn't booked down right? Unfortunately, after the highlights were complete, the results did not reflect what a partial highlight typically includes. As shown in my photos, there were only a few thin highlights placed on the top and sides of my head, while the entire back and crown were left untouched, with my natural roots clearly visible. For comparison, I later had the same service done at a different salon for the same price. The difference was immediate and obvious -- the highlights were evenly placed, covered the top layers from root to tip, and actually matched the definition of a partial highlight. This made it clear that the original service I received here was incomplete. I reached out respectfully to address this and request a refund, providing photos for reference. Instead of reviewing the service or discussing a resolution, the salon dismissed my concern, claimed they did not recognize me as a client, and then stopped responding despite reading my follow-up messages. The comparison between the two salons speaks for itself. The same price was paid at Vuitton Salon, and my new salon (Shear Thairapy) Between the quality of the work and the lack of "professionalism and top notch service" which they claimed to have, handling a valid concern, I would absolutely not recommend this salon. Get in to Vuitton and ask for Alice! I have been going to Alice for my cuts for almost 10 years and she does a phenomenal job. Always willing to work with my schedule and is happy to fit me in at a moments notice. My haircuts are always consistent and I feel Alice takes pride in ensuring her customers are satisfied. This salon does not even deserve 1 star. I went in to go back to my natural color and walked out with orange roots and the same color hair I walked in with on the rest of my head. I said something to the hairdresser when I could get a good look at what a disaster this was becoming and she convinced me to buy a $30 purple shampoo treatment to get rid of the orange. This did not help my hair at all. The hairdresser told me that my hair was "normal" when I stated that this wasn't at all what I asked for. I walked out of the salon $230 down the drain and with completely botched hair. I even had to buy root spray right after just to cover the insane orange roots I had. All in all, avoid this place at all costs. They aren't professional and you will not get the hair you ask for. read more

the service was great Moe was my barber, he did an excellent job on asking me exactly how I wanted my hair and beard done with exact specifications. The quality of the cut was precisely how I wanted it done, down to the last minute details. The vibe is great music selection is those who are for modern age pop music, having an open mind is important. Moe was talkative and he has a good head on his shoulders.
