*Vegan Pho, Edamame Dumplings, 1 Bao Bun (tofu), Thai Noodle Bowl, Basil Limeade

SUPER FRESH!! I absolutely loved everything I tried here which included: basil limeade, vegan pho, edamame dumplings, tofu bao bun, and Thai noodles. I gave up meat for Lent and I have a hard time eating out as a vegetarian, but almost every menu item here is customizable to vegetarian or vegan! There's truly something for everyone here and I will return as a meat eater to try even more! The staff were so kind as well in helping me pick what to eat. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Came here to grab a quick bite. I was greeted warmly and was served quickly. I ordered a Thai tea, spring rolls, and one bao. The pork on my boa had great flavor, the rolls were fresh, and the Thai tea tasted more like a chai tea. The staff was very friendly and the establishment was so clean and inviting. I can't wait to try other dishes.

Brought the whole family and we all loved it! The flavors were spot on, fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. I especially appreciated the pickled veggies, so good! The portions are generous. We had leftovers to take home. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially with food allergies and vegan options. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Highly recommend!

The first time I visited Vui's Kitchen was this same location in Gallatin. It was delicious. So disappointed with the restaurant today. When I first walked in it smelled like raw sewage. Against my better judgment, I ordered anyway and got it to go. I did tell the girl at the counter and she gave me a look like I was crazy. I ordered the rice bowl with chicken and the chicken did not look great, but I went ahead and started eating it only to find that there were many hairs in it. It look like whoever cooked the food had a beard and didn't cover it. Never going back.

How was first greeted by young lady named Savannah with an amazing smile. She began telling me about some of their dishes and bowls. I ordered the Vui's original Pho with the chicken. Savannah was back with my food faster than I had expected. I have to say it is something I would not ordinarily have ordered but it was amazingly delicious. There was a young man named Justin who came to my table several times to make sure everything was going well. His last trip to my table and bought me some rice tapioca pudding to try. It was delicious also! I will most definitely be coming back here.

I've been eating the chicken and rice kids bowl with a side of pad Thai noodles on repeat! Love that they have a drive thru also for convenience

Food was fresh but customers need to be wary if they have allergies such as peanuts which are in certain sauces. My mother was unaware but we caught it in time. Service was good and quick to fix her spring roll which she ordered no protein due to being allergic to shrimp. The dine in area was quaint but spacious with comfortable bench seating.

Didn't realize this place was a chain...but kinda had the "chain" like atmosphere. It's fine...according to my son the chicken pho could use more noodles and chicken...and less bean sprouts. The Banh Mi sandwich was pretty good...steak was a little cool , liked the veggies. Chicken dumplings were a little grainy...if that makes sense...but on the spicy side. Nice variety for Gallatin...grade B.

I've ordered Vui's Kitchen for takeout twice now and really enjoyed it…read more The online ordering system makes it easy to quickly place an order. The food was estimated to be ready 10-15 minutes after I ordered. It was ready in the promised time. The Chicken Pho was perfect when I had a cold. I added chili oil and loved the flavor of the soup. It was loaded with chicken and veggies too. The Beef Bao Bun was flavorful. The meat on the Bao bun was great. Vui's Bowl was also really good. My kids loved the Kids Rice Bowl. The kids' meals are large enough for my daughters to share. Vui's will be on my list when I'm looking for a healthy meal or a nice brothy soup.

Everything tasted fresh, no complaints there. However, I had an issue with the portion size to price ratio. My fiancé and I both ordered the regular sized pho. They have a smaller size and a regular size and we 100% ordered regular size. Now, I don't know if something got mixed up, but assuming I got the correct order, a regular size portion is a shallow takeout container with noodles and the toppings and 16oz of broth. That amount of broth is enough to barely cover everything in the already shallow bowl. Also, the bao bun, while super tasty, cost $4.25 and we got one piece of pork belly on it which I was a little sad about! The coconut pudding, also super tasty, was pretty small too and cost $3.00. However, it is a filling dessert so I can understand that pricing and portion sizes. Again, overall this place is good, but I think I've just been a bit more spoiled with other Pho spots I've been to. I've had a lot of places give me a lot more bang for my buck.

It tasted less like food and more like a cry for help wrapped in rice paper. My friend and I each had one bite, locked eyes in silent despair, and the rest was immediately sentenced to the trash with no possibility of parole. The Smashed Cucumber Salad, however, came in like a redemption story written by HBO. Incredible. Fresh, crunchy, perfectly dressed, and here's the kicker: the cucumber was barely smashed. As it should be. I am once again begging restaurants to stop assaulting cucumbers. They did nothing wrong. Let them remain whole, crisp, and emotionally stable. Then the Coconut Curry arrived and suddenly all was not lost. Rich, cozy, and actually delicious. The kind of dish that whispers, "stay, don't leave a one star review yet." A strong supporting actor in an otherwise emotionally complicated evening. Would I drive all the way from downtown for this again? Absolutely not. Nashville has too many places competing like it's the culinary Hunger Games, and right now this one is still in the training montage. There's potential, but we're not at "burn gas money on purpose" levels yet. Now let's talk about the staff: genuinely phenomenal. Kind, attentive, and somehow carrying the entire emotional infrastructure of the restaurant on their backs. Also, there was a ridiculously hot chef or sous chef in the back who had me rethinking years of personal growth. For one reckless second I considered asking if she needed a husband, a line cook, or someone to simply stand there and admire her knife skills. But my therapist, my ancestors, and basic survival instincts reminded me about boundaries. Also, based on the intensity of that kitchen energy, I'm pretty sure flirting would end with me folded into a dumpling and steamed. So yes, I may return. Not for the spring rolls. For closure. And possibly for the hot chef at the wok station who now lives rent-free in my mind.

I ordered delivery through UberEats, and it was at my door in less than 30 minutes! It's important to shout out the way they package their pho to-go - the noodles and meat are kept separate from the broth, and even the toppings come in their own container. This makes it easy to customize your bowl, and even keep some for later. I highly recommend tacking on some extra noodles!
