We absolutely love everything here- the cream cheese rangoons, beef lo mein, egg drop soup, beef & broccoli and orange chicken. The beef lo mein had such tender, flavorful beef and these containers are deceptive - much more food than I thought. The food for both my wife and I was horrible. I had vegetable lo mein that had virtually no vegetables. It was all noodles with very little taste. When in White House, TN don't waste your time at this restaurant. You will be disappointed. read more

We were hungry for egg rolls a few weeks ago and decided to give them a try. Amazing! They were freshly made while we waited. Yesterday decided to try fried rice. It was equally as good. I am not allowed to suggest this place to my fiancé unless I'm actually going to get it. Yes, it's that good. You have the crab rangoon 1 time and you know where to go every other time. The service is always polite, helpful, and so friendly. Order ahead or expect a small wait for ordering take out when you get there, no dine in. For some reason our go to Chinese food place (Mr. Wok) was closed. We've eaten at China Spring before and weren't hugely impressed compared to Mr. Wok's, but we were craving Chinese. We called it in and arrived about 10 minutes later. They weren't too busy, but it seemed like the kitchen was backed up a bit so, we had about a 10 minute wait. No big deal. People that work there are friendly and courteous. There were plenty of condiments, forks and chopsticks, but there were zero napkins. Took our food home and despite the drive everything was hot and fresh. I had Bourbon Chicken (sauce on the side). He had Chicken Fried Rice. Another had Pork And Vegetables. Bourbon chicken was cooked perfectly. Juicy and tender. The sauce was SUPER sweet. His Chicken Fried Rice was pretty good too. The Pork And Mixed Vegetables was very good. Meat was nice and tender and the vegetables were good, but the sauce was a bit salty for their taste. All in all. We would go again. read more

best Chinese food in White House ! i've been eating here for 8+ years and the workers have always been so nice , when i was younger the lady would add candy to the bag for me and it was always my favourite part ! the food is rarely bad , out of all the years i've eaten here i can count on one hand how many times the food was bad , but that's to be expected no place is 100% perfect . all in all i would recommend this place to anyone looking to satisfy their Chinese food craving ! read more

First time ordering from this location, Boneless spare ribs with lomein , egg rolls, my wife ordered egg drop soup, rice, and lomein. The spareribs were dry, chewy, the one thing no matter what state I am in I always enjoyed. The lomein was even dryer, wasnt even able to be swallowed. The egg rolls appeared cooked, crunchy, however the interior it appeared the cabbage had gone bad, and left an awful after taste. The egg drop soup was a disgusting consistency of zero flavor that my wife just scoffed that it simply tasted of raw eggs. Nothing was finished. read more

Really hate to do this because the female owner is such a sweet person. She's so friendly and appreciative of my business. However, I can't eat here. Not sure why but when navigating to this place for lunch the other Sunday I thought for some reason it was a sit-down diner (sidenote--is every restaurant in White House other than Mexican and Chinese joints closed? why?). It's not--it's a takeout place with a standard menu you will recognize from any other Chinese take-out location in a strip mall. However, it was GOOD so that's what counts and lucky for us there are a handful of tables inside so you can sit down and eat if you're passing through. We stuck with standard dishes--General Tso's, Orange Chicken--and they were cooked fresh to order, hot, and well spiced/seasoned. The proprietor also served us on real plates and silverware since we sat down and we appreciated that. I would eat here again or grab and go if I lived in the town. Very affordable, clean, tasty, and friendly service. read more

The wonton soup, and spring rolls are delicious. I tend to judge Chinese places by their rice. Their rice is fluffy and delicious. I would highly recommend this place as I love everything I have ever ordered from here. Portion sizes are very generous and I would highly recommend. read more

I was disappointed. I understand they were just bought out. New owners however do not know how to make (or buy) sauces. I have been to hundreds of Chinese take outs and this was among the worst. Taste your own sauce owners. 90% of a Chinese flavor comes from their sauces. Bluck!!! The spring rolls tasted like they were stuffed with old mashed potato. And the sause that went with it tasted like someone peed in it. The brown sauce wasn't much better. Another thing I found a hair in my food. Go on internet look up recipe for brown sauce and i would just add a canned mild sweet and sour chille sauce to your spring rolls that you do not make spring rolls ahead. Put that teen ager to work cooking spring roll and egg rolls only. Taste your own food you are cooking. There was only two people there one in kitchen one taking orders. Might explain the make ahead taste to mashed potato tasting spring rolls. The stir fried vegetables were cooked properly but the brown sauce horrible. You are in a great location you cook veggie main meal well. Wear a hair net you in the back!!! and taste your own food. Make a world of difference. Otherwise you customers I would advise going elsewhere. A local said Colorado grill had good food if you want American instead. read more
