I explained to Ben the owner of my concern- care would drift right once I let the steering wheel go.

Their pricing is consistently fair--better than any shop I've used before (even ChatGPT agreed when I compared estimates!). What really sets this place apart, though, is the honesty and genuine care they show their customers. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs, and they even gave me a discount without me asking. It's rare to find a shop that's both highly skilled and truly trustworthy. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Great service. I took my car here about a year ago to get a new used transmission put in. Repair…read morewas good and everything ran smooth. I had another unrelated problem, took it here, and they replaced a part and I was on my way. Fast forward a couple weeks and the same issue came back. I took it back here and they reviewed everything again and did some more tests and ended up fixing another part because it's not a common thing, but for my car it's a common issue to throw a check engine light for one part but needing to replace another part as well. Instead of charging me for the service/diagnosis again like other shops or dealerships would do, Mike only charged me to replace the second part. More recently, I was installing a new aftermarket radio in my car and when I went to turn it on, I threw a check engine light/code and the car was struggling to crank. I towed it here and Mike and his team figured out the problem that same day. The issue wasn't anything crazy, it was because I forgot to plug in a certain part, which I thought only had to do with the a/c (stupid mistake on my end). Mike didn't charge me for the diagnosis, even though most shops would or they would make things up to charge you for it. This shop is very honest and has fair to good pricing. Very reliable and easy to work with. Definitely a lifetime customer.

Coming from someone that hates dealing with cars (it's stressful and costly, I don't know enough…read moreabout it, it's hard to trust a new mechanic) - I have really appreciated taking my lil' 2015 Honda Fit here :') I've visited R&N several times for different reasons: got my transmission fluid changed and a valve adjustment done, and asked for advice for my VTC actuator and catalytic converter which have been causing issues. Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I'm most happy to have found a mechanic that actually listens to my concerns - thanks to Mark for being so sweet! I'd recommend this place to my family and friends and will be a returning customer for sure.

Replaced three parts and another mechanic that did not solve the problem. I took it to.R & N complete auto repair and they figured out the problem quickly. The solenoid purge valve had to be replaced with a OEM original manufacture part. Truly a complete auto repair service. I will be returning to get my vehicles serviced here. I highly recommend. The price was fair, but expect to pay just a little bit more because they use manufacturer original parts that cost more than aftermarket but perform more reliably.

Nutech are the best mechanics I've had. I've taken all my cars to him at this point and will always…read moredo so. All his prices are extremely reasonable and he doesn't force you to pay for services you don't need. He also takes the time to give you a full blown report and explanation for everything about your car. I've gone to him from simple oil changes to full blown 100k services and he always gets the job done without making me feel the pain other mechanics leave me with. He also warranties any service he does and stands by his workers. I appreciate Jimmy and team for working on all of my cars and my families. I highly recommend everyone to vent their cars to Jimmy. Or even do a user car inspection.

I just called this business about 2 hours ago and the impression I got over the phone was bad…read morecustomer service. Not sure who I talked to but I think they were having a bad day and took it out on me. I was trying to get some information about potentially replacing my 2006 Honda Accord's heater core. I first asked if they do this service which they do. I don't say the year of the car yet...then he proceeds to tell me it's going to be "thousands of dollars." I say ok and "I'm just calling around to get some different prices to see if it's worth it for me to do this service, since the car is older." He says "it's not me to tell you if it is worth it or not that's up to you" yes that's why I am calling to see what my options are??? I've been trying to tell him the year, make and model this whole phone call and he keeps talking over me and assumes and says "well I can't just give you a price over the phone like $200 and then you're going to come in shop and expect that price, you need to come in so we can get the accurate price" so it went from thousands to $200? I know it wasn't going to be $200. I say "ok I would like to give you my year make and model now and if you could tell me a price range for my information." He says "$700" and I say "ok not too bad" but then berades me that is not the final price once again. Then he says it's $90 just to check if it's even the problem when I already know this is the problem because my trusted mechanic checked it. Otherwise I wouldn't have called here. That is ok with me that this business policy is to charge for this check, I just didn't appreciate that he was rude to me over the phone and assuming that I wanted an accurate estimate right then and there with no information about my car. Then the cherry on top of it all was not asking if I had any other questions, and hangs up on me. Based on this customer service alone it doesn't make me feel like this business is genuine and I will not be servicing my car here.
