They were so clean throughout the process and communicative. We never had to ask what was happening, Ray and his team kept us in the loop on everything daily. It was important to Ray that we were happy with the work as well and he made sure to check in with us throughout the project. They were done quicker than we anticipated and we can't wait to have Ray and his team back to re-do our bathroom. (We were fortunate to learn of the problems by a someone who was very knowledgeable about construction that had come into our house on another matter.) As soon as Miguel arrived he immediately identified the same issues that had been pointed out to us by the first individual. He spent over an hour detailing not only what needed to be corrected but also why. He explained each element on its own and its impact across the whole project. Also based on his knowledge of architecture, Miguel made suggestions that we incorporated into the project. Lastly, all of the other team members (led in our case, by Fredy) were not only skilled but a pleasure to have in our home. We couldn't be happier with our end result!

Andrei's stood out both because it was the lowest price quote, and he had the best reviews of any other respondent. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did, because Andrei IS too good to be true, and yet he exists. Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and completely self-sufficient, the hinge replacement process started off great. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Above and beyond! The door works perfectly now, it's literally like a new door. And because the door was to my mother-in-law's bedroom, having Andrei provide this superlative service scored me a few points with her (well, at least for a few hours, until she found something else to grumble about). He also left the space clean, and was very courteous from start to finish.
