The owners, John and Sal came over and inspected the bedroom, then inspected the upstairs bedroom, the windows, the roof, the plumbing to the bathroom above. They didn't leave any stone unturned. After their evaluation, they recommended removing all the sheetrock. They came on time with their crew and gutted the room immediately. Sure enough they found the mold problem and fixed it. I now have a beautiful bedroom that can be used and the smell is gone. I was very happy with them and their crew. They could have ripped me off but they didn't. They are honest.
