I'm usually hesitant when someone says, if you have a key I can do work when you're not home. Had no problem with providing spare key. He did not disappoint. Had an attic access cut into the ceiling among other things. So you've got sheet-rock dust, saw dust and countless other residues that inevitably happen. By the time I got home from work, everything was complete and not a speck of dust. I really can't say enough nice things. Highly recommend for any and all home improvement projects. Had a problem getting dead bolt and door latch to work. I was told he'd return to fix it as he warranties his work. After two weeks, he has not returned. After contacting him he told me he doesn't warranty parts he hasn't purchased, which is ridiculous as the parts are not the problem. I need to hire another contractor to fix the existing problems. Would never recommend him.
