Anthony helped us make smart choices that elevated the space without blowing the budget. Most importantly is that Anthony was in contact with me daily and I never had any difficulty getting in touch with him. Day or night he always took my calls. The crew showed up on time every day, kept the workspace as clean as possible, and always made sure we were in the loop. The craftsmanship is top-tier--cabinets are perfectly aligned, the tile work is flawless, and the new lighting completely transforms the room. They finished right on schedule, which I was sure was a construction myth but Anthony made it happen and now my kitchen looks like it's straight out of a magazine. If you're considering a renovation do not hesitate to go with True Valley. Anthony's ability to make the whole process smooth and stress-free is priceless!

Nick came out to replace the floor of a kitchen cabinet. He mentioned that he could come by toward the end of the week and that is exactly what he did. First and foremost, I just want to say that Frank was friendly right from the start. Came to my…read morehouse to provide an estimate free of charge, looked at the house, the backyard, took a few measurements and asked what my husband's and I's hopes were for our new patio. While my husband and I were more than open to suggestions, Frank nailed exactly what we had envisioned from the start. He provided us with materials to review together and we just ended up loving what he had suggested. I felt a sense of security and comfort after meeting him - I am so glad we moved forward using Blue Diamond! Frank wrote up our contract, mailed it for signature and was flexible about starting as we had to demo the deck we had which was no easy task but we knew we could do that ourselves until we got to the removal of the posts which were filled in with concrete! I called Frank in a panic on a Sunday night and he responded with "No problem! We can take care of that for you! Don't worry, Andrea!" Showed up the next day with his partner, Chris and they whipped through that post removal - 1,2,3! It was impressive. The job took a week or so. Frank & Chris were meticulous with everything they did from setting the new stairs, to veneering them, creating a level surface for the pavers and finally right down to placing each paver ever so perfectly! I had the utmost trust in both of them and I can't say enough about their work ethic. They were so kind on top of all of it. Even after a tiring day of back breaking work - they still had a smile on their faces when I would go check in. Sign of two people who genuinely just love what they do!!! We're in love with our new patio and can't wait to enjoy it for many, many years to come! I highly recommend Frank and Chris for your masonry needs!

Wow!!!!! First Impressions is by far the best for home…read morerenovations. My plan was to renovate the kitchen and the floors through out the house. Paul, the owner, gained my trust instantly with his professional and personable manner. Paul was by my side throughout the entire process. For example, he brought me to the flooring store where he assisted me with picking the flooring with the best quality that would work for my home. Everyday, Paul showed up to the house and checked on progress and addressed anything that needed attention. Paul said everything would be done in 4 weeks. After seeing how well the renovations were going, I kept adding additional things to be done including a large beautiful built in for my den which has become the favorite room in the house. Everything was completely finished in 4 weeks. The crew showed up everyday on time. They were respectful, clean and helped out with extra things where needed. I have dealt with tons of construction companies and never had this exceptional experience. After working with Paul, I now consider him and First Impressions part of my family. Thank you to everyone from First Impressions.
