The company provided a timely and accurate estimate, sent us a photo of the technician who would perform the work, and then allowed us to inspect and approve the work before settling with them on the bill--all done effortlessly, which is a plus. He took the time to walk us through the process while giving the estimate, advised us on quarter-rounds (the little moldings where the floor meets the walls), and other options for us to select from. After speaking with a multitude of companies and getting quotes ranging from high to unreasonably high to "are you trying to get me to put your kids through medical school?" high we were introduced to Floor Boys and Brian. They saved us time, money and our minds. Brian himself came out immediately and did all of the measurements with minimal guidance. He just knew what to do and left the nonsense at the door. The next day he sent us an itemized quote and gave us a price that was lower than everyone else without us even revealing how much our other quotes were. He beat one flooring company's price by over half! The best part is the high end quote was for the bottom of the line carpet and flooring. Brian quoted us with actual quality products with exceptional warranties. Floor boys came out the following week and even moved the date up for us so we could list our house quicker. They installed full padding, carpet and wood laminate in a 1650 square foot home in 2 days! When I got the call that they were done I was a bit worried because I thought maybe corners were cut... boy was I wrong! Everything was absolutely pristine! I went through the house with a detailed inspection and found not one error! I've never been so happy to hand over thousands of dollars because I know we got a great deal with integrity and absolute professionalism. It doesn't get better than the folks at Floor Boys. The actual floor is a commercial thin floor which was put over a black plastic on my concrete slab. It is so thin that it doesn't meet the casing or the door jams throughout the whole house. Coretec pro if you google it says it's commercial grade. My invoice has no price per square footage. In my hallway there is some sort of lip that came through. see picture . Do your homework .
