We had to wait about 30-45 minutes after we arrived and it wasn't too bad since we explored the showroom during the waiting time to get an idea of what we wanted. We also had our 3 month old who enjoyed the laps around the showroom for a snooze. We met with Carlos who reviewed our list of items and gave us ideas in our price range. He understood our style and budget. We appreciated his help and printing out our options so we were about to show our contractor.

This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around." They also have parking right out front for loading your purchase if you need it. Most of the store is upstairs though the first level has the checkout counters, and the food section as well as a cafe where you can get drinks and hot dogs I believe. And Ice cream as well. Once you get upstairs you just have to follow the arrows on the floor and they have signs for what sections you're entering. For example, living room, bedroom, office, etc. I think the best part of IKEA is the layouts they have. They have bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, kitchens etc all set up different ways. It's great way to get ideas on how to set up your space. Of course there's also the full service restaurant on this level as well.

My only issue was that we were told our customized vanity marble top would take 3 days tops but it ended up taking longer which caused all sorts of stress because our contractors were finishing up and we were unsure if it would be delivered in time to be installed. The man came to measure our vanity on a Tuesday. On Friday they called and we were told it will now be ready by Monday and will have their guys install it a day or two later. But the question is, who will install the faucets if we wait for them to install it because our contractors will be long gone?! So we opted to just have it delivered and will install it by our contractors. But when Saturday rolled around they said they're too busy on Monday and it could be delivered within the hour that same day (Saturday) and that they would need my husband's help to unload the pickup truck. The vanity top was not wrapped and there was a small imperfection but it's not big deal. Overall I'd absolutely come back again in the future and will continue to recommend this business to others. I would just wish their production and delivery process would've been smoother.

The spice drawer design is especially frustrating--only two drawers are actually usable, and the first one is basically useless because you can barely put anything inside without preventing it from closing. For the amount of money spent, I expected much better quality and functional cabinets. Unfortunately, the finished product does not meet reasonable expectations. I would not recommend these cabinets based on my experience.

People are out $10k-$20k+ with destroyed kitchens and no recourse. This is unforgivable. My kitchen was completed, but even I wasn't spared - my "lifetime warranty" is now worthless. And compared to the people left with half‑demolished homes, my loss is minor. This is a pathetic, disgraceful way to end operations: shutting down overnight, running away from obligations, and leaving customers and employees to suffer massive consequences. Even Spirit Airlines - a company famous for its issues - treated me with more integrity. When they wronged me, they refunded me. Wren did not. The CEO keeps the money while customers lose everything. Disgusting. Deplorable. Unforgivable.

The baseboard of the cabinets is constantly moving began cabinets are opened or you walk by and your foot touches it. This should not happen it is inferior installation. When I have sought to have this issue resolved they are negligent. My kitchen cyst over 65.000,00 dollars. Now I see they have filed bankruptcy and maybe that is why the customer service never replied. I was a bit skeptical but we had Jay come by and take a look. One of the irritating comments that some of the contractors made was "this is a small kitchen". I am not sure if this was a dismissive comment or an observation. Nevertheless, Jay or Wil never made that comment. Jay had a plan drawn up in two days. He was extremely patient with us as we made changes to his original plan. I was a bit nervous when he quoted the price. I liked the price but I was concerned about the quality at that price point. The quality exceeded our expectations and we have received tons of compliments on the cabinet and countertop design and finish and the layout. We also had a bar installed in place of our Thomasville cherry china cabinet. Jay also helped us pick out the best countertops for these applications. He gave us samples of the cabinets and countertops to take with us to finalize our decisions. All in all, I recommend DC Cabinets and Jay.
