I am writing a highly conflicted 3-star review because my experience was a tale of two entirely…read moredifferent dealerships. On one hand, the initial sales process with Habby and Kayla was excellent--professional, smooth, and pressure-free. I also really love the car. On the other hand, the finance department subsequently engaged in a deceptive product substitution that has resulted in a months-long administrative nightmare. During my financial signing, I was presented with a digital selection screen explicitly branded and marketed as the manufacturer's official Subaru Added Security (SAS) protection program. I agreed to purchase these official plans for a total of $4,103.00. However, without my knowledge or consent, the finance department switched the finalized paperwork to third-party contracts administered by Fidelity Warranty Services (JM&A Group). When I discovered the unauthorized switch, the Finance Director, Emmir Quiroga, explicitly admitted the discrepancy in writing on April 30th and agreed to void the third-party contracts and convert them to the authentic, backdated factory SAS plans. I signed and returned the cancellation documents that exact same day. It has taken over a month and a formal escalation to Subaru Customer Advocacy, the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), and Better Business Bureau just to get a basic status update. It is ridiculous that a dealership requires corporate and state-level intervention just to honor a written agreement. I highly recommend the sales staff here, but look at your final finance paperwork with a magnifying glass before signing.

Kind of weird that they would lose a key and that they didn't mention it up-front (especially since there were two co-owners right there), but not a huge deal, right? WELL... here we are, nearly 4 months and dozens of phone calls and later, and STILL no key. So now we've reached the portion of the story where we see if a bunch of online reviews is what it takes to actually motivate them.

Just before my warranty ran out, I called Jeep. They told me that there is no issue with compatibility. I called Lindsay back, and talked to the friendly service manager. He mentioned there may have been software updates. He also gave me two recommendations. 1. Bring the car to another dealership to have your radio fixed 2. Buy an extended warranty With respect to the service manager. I did take the car to Safford Jeep in Fredericksburg and they replaced the radio. No more problems. I did buy an extended warranty from my credit union, about half the price the dealership charges for a longer warranty. I want to thank the service manager for his suggestions.

I waited for two hours, and during that entire time, my car was not even taken into the shop/service area. What is the point of making an appointment if the customer has to wait two hours without the vehicle even being brought in? This was a complete waste of my time and a very frustrating experience. Customers deserve better communication, respect for their scheduled appointments, and professional service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

My salesperson Mr Derby came from another location because the car I wanted was here. At no time did I feel pressured, everything was explained to me including the fine print. The financial manager Henry was great too. I had to bring my car in for a recall, and Jharron G was very professional and informed me on the status of my car. I had unpleasant experiences at VW dealerships in my area in the past where they would overcharge or mislead me into thinking that I need certain repairs... I m glad that I have a trusted place for my car. My only gripe is the lobby to wait for my car is kinda small, the entire time there was a customer who had a loud convo the entire time -__- the echoed. This vehicle was shown with over 40 photos and it didn't miss anything. This Wrangler was exactly as described and in perfect condition. They worked with me on my trade and it went off without any issues. They have a rather nice assortment of vehicles, something for everyone's taste. The prices are pretty firm, don't expect to much of a possible reduction in the price that is listed. I was able to take the 2016 Jeep Wrangler out for a test drive without anyone else in it except for myself. I had time to completely look it over inside, out and under. I had worked financing before I got there, so the entire process once I decided on the vehicle for sure only took about 35 minutes. This a nice change from what ou fnd on FB marketplace these days. I called to inquire about the car and made an appointment to go look at the car. I worked with Mac. Mac was great to talk to and work with. The car looked great, I was happy with the carfax report. I told Mac I was going ot purchase tha car but I did not want tos pend 3-4 hours like the last 2 cars I purchased. He said he could have me in and out in 15 minutes. He overpromised by 5 minutes. We were done in 10. The car was clean and has been great so far. They do offer a 30 day warranty to pay for 50% of parts and labor since they have a mechanics shop too.
