Great service and high-quality work! They did a great job with my son's violin and finished the work quickly.

I spoke to the customer service at headquarters- who was amazing - and said they consider floor models to be new instruments despite all the hands that have handled it, scratched and dents. I originally gave this 1 star but I changed to 3 star because customer service fixed the issue. They sent us a brand new guitar from the warehouse just as we had asked for in the first place. Be aware if you order and it's back ordered or not in stock at the time, you might get a floor model. Except for the back and forth and the hassle of having to return the instrument, I would still shop here.

So many people enjoying music and playing instruments. The selection of guitars and amps was off the hook. Drums, sheet music, accessories and everything in between. They even have areas for instrument repair and music lessons. Everyone seemed like they were happy and really enjoying being in the store. It's clearly a place people like to hang out. A social center of sorts. I liked the fact they had armed security in the parking lot and inside the front door. There simply can't be too much security these days. The parking lot was simple and wee maintained. The staff was friendly bordering on perky. Thumbs up for Guitar Center.

I've had the same DW 5000 single chain drive double pedal for literally 30 years, and figured it was time for an upgrade. GC only had like 2 or 3 crappy single pedals out on their display area to try out, and the drum area was devoid of any staff - literally empty, and I couldn't flag anyone down to help me. Out the door I walked, predictably frustrated by the entire Guitar Center experience. Today was a new day, and Rupp's was the destination. I walked in shortly after opening, Alex greeted me, and we immediately got down to the business of talking the pros and cons of different kick pedals. Display models were taken off the shelf for me to try out, longboards were discussed, the ups & downs of Tama vs. DW, and then the ups & downs of the 5000 vs. 9000 series. No BS, no salesmanship, just straight up answering questions and making honest suggestions. "Oh, your kick BPM is stalled out? Are you still using the stock DW beaters? Those things are way too heavy to play fast... have you tried these variable weighted beaters?" Mind blown. After zoning in on an updated set of DW 5000s, he offered to set them up on the practice kit to get a feel for them on an actual kick drum. He set 'em up, walked out, and closed the door to give me ample time to get a feel for the action on my own time, at my own pace. Sold! ...and I wasn't planning on actually buying anything today, but the entire Rupp's experience made my mind up for me. I just got done working through some double kick exercises with my new pedal and beaters, and I feel like I've been in the dark ages playing with stone tools for the last few decades. My speed is up, immediately. My control is up, immediately. All said, I'm a very happy camper. Thanks to Alex for making me a Rupp's believer, yet again.

So this is really something unique! The class size is small and you would build great relationship with all your professors. And the professors would go extra miles to help you for your academic success. And I'm now an educator in higher education myself and Lamont really shaped my teaching philosophy seeing how my professors treat the students. The tuition is expensive but they usually offer generous scholarships, and the tuition you pay worth every penny!

First of all, the theater itself is really pretty and I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Even the seats I thought would be blocked by the overhead lights become unblocked as the lights raised all the way to the ceiling at the beginning of the performance. During the intermissions you hang out in what I imagine should be called a great hall where you can drink sodas, beer, wine and water or have some snacks. I'm pretty sure they sell Fanta Orange, which equals Tiffany being a big fan. I love that stuff along with Welch's Grape. However, I drank wine since it was Friday and wine is like scissors over Fanta's paper. The actors rotate every other night and they come from schools across the country. Some of them had voices that made me think they should be on a very famously known stage in the opera world. Others were kind of hard to hear, but eh, they are students. Overall I really enjoyed it, but that may be because they have a translator screen above the stage that lets you know what they hell is going on when you can quite figure it out based on actions alone. **Disclosure: I am in no way a professional opera critic as this was the very first I've attended.

I started my son Alexander who has a IEP in school and is on the spectrum (special needs) when he was 8years old playing ukelele. He since has continued playing uke and over the past 4 years has been taking lessons for piano to get ready for his next year marching band audition for Cherry Creek High School! He had held a A+in his middle school band all through 6th, 7th, and now 8th grade he's way ahead of his peers in so many areas of music. Fast forward to 2 years ago our oldest son wanted to audition and compete for first chair trumpet in his band class as a junior in high school at cherry creek high school. He felt he maxxed out with where he was at and needed that extra push and tutoring to acheive more. He asked me to sign him up for private trumpet lessons this past summer. Here we are in September of same year and after a summer of private lessons he auditioned and made FIRST CHAIR TRUMPET in his band class and for Cherry Creek Marching Band !!! (Did I mention CCHS ranked #1 for welcome week and in 5A tournament )!!! Wendy&Dale are the best ! All the instructors they hire are top notch and our invested in their students to succeed and not just in music but the why behind music , their self esteem, and technical skills that go along with it. I could t be more blessed to have found this school for my children. I have two other kids that will also play music this year. One more trumpet and one more piano or drums!!! This school has an amazing g new facility that they are in the process of moving into because they grew out of their old one ! They are so humble but I feel like if there is anyone out there that is looking for a true music school who will help their child learn music, love music appreciate music and embrace music this has to be the school they enroll in!!! Thank you CMI for all you have done and continue to do !! Congratulations on your award for National Music School of the Year!!!!!!!!
