Needed to go to the grocery store to grab food while vacationing at our Air BnB. This location was the closest to us. Parking was ample as it sits in a shopping center with other businesses. They opened early in the morning so I was able to get in and grab what i needed. They have fresh bagels, and pastries. Their produce was fresh and well stocked. Prices are comparable to other grocery stores. They do have an app where you can clip coupons for additional savings. Staff were friendly, and helpful.

Sushi is much better than other grocery store sushi, they had legit unagi rolls that actually tasted good . Every category has more variety and the isles are bigger and longer then nearby Ralph's that barley has anything. Also cheaper than Ralph's.

This is honestly one of the best Vons locations around. The staff is always friendly, the store is super clean, and everything is well-organized. I come here about once a week and have never had a single issue. I usually grab my coffee fix from the Starbucks inside the team there is always fun and quick, and they make it just right every time. The self-checkout lanes keep things moving fast, and everything on the shelves is always fresh never bought anything expired. The only thing I wish? They'd keep more of my favorite club soda in stock. Sometimes they have it, sometimes they don't but when they do, I clear the shelf. Overall, great store, great people, and great energy. Definitely recommend this market.

Well stocked, well organized, clean and neat store! The customer service was great. Everyone in this location is very friendly. They have great selection of food, fruits, snacks and etc. the most important thing they have Pharmacy and Quest inside and good news the Quest isn't as busy as the hospital one so walks in will be very smooth!

This Vons is the cleanest, most organized, and well managed grocery store in all of OC. The flower shop in this Vons is a legit flowershop with the employees better skilled than any other flower shop in OC and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this destination for your one stop shop!

What an asset Lucy is to this company. She's a Sushi master. Always smiling and friendly, willing to make happily accommodate special requests and she does it with kindness. Sushi is fresh and delicious every time! Thank you Lucy for your kindness and superb service.

You can find most things under $10. I recently bought a bag of 6 navel oranges (super sweet too!) for just $3.99. They don't sell by pounds which helps a lot. Got a bag of frozen potstickers for $6 which would've been around $10 at an Asian market. Snacks are mostly between $2-$6. No joke it's the biggest Trader Joe's I've ever come to and I've seen my fair share of them growing up. Now to steer away from glazing about Joe's size. I find the staff to be exactly what the internet says about them- easy to converse with, super helpful, and probably making their way through college (at least the ones that have helped me so far are). There was one time where I timidly asked a question about a food they had out of stock and the cashier just yelled out what I asked for and they had someone busting a mission to find it! I didn't even need it that badly but that has been a core Joe memory for me. Shout out to that staffer whose name escapes me. Since I don't have a huge family to feed, Trader Joe's has been my go-to for just the right amount of food that I can finish without letting it go bad. Shout out to the Mango Cream Bars, Bulgogi Fried Rice, and Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs. If there's anything consistent in my life, it's those three.

Then another bakery gal named Gaby jumped in saying Sarah didn't know what she was talking about and took my cake order. The price of the cake was $65+. It seemed costly for a grocery store cake but I finally agreed seeing as it was a multi layered "specialty" cake. Well to my surprise I received a call the following day to say that the way Gaby had written up the cake order that they can't and don't make that type of cake. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she is only available in the mornings. I decided to go into the store to find out what was going on cause now I'm pissed about the whole situation. The bakery gal that was originally going to take my order, Sarah was there so I explained about the call and that I was there to find out what in the hell was going on. She could see that I was pissed and she immediately let me know that there is ALWAYS a "manger" available and that she would be happy to help me get a cake order done. Well she made my daughters cake special as she said and I wasn't changed a a ridiculous price. THANK YOU SARAH FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

My group of friends and I were purchasing snacks and waiting respectfully in line at Register 14. Our group consisted of one African American individual and three Southeast Asian individuals. When it was our turn to check out, the cashier told us the store was closed and refused to ring up our items. She directed us to customer service instead. When we went to customer service, we were informed that the store was actually still open until 10:00 PM. What made the situation even more upsetting was that after refusing to serve us, the cashier immediately rang up the customer behind us. If the store was truly closed, why were other customers still being checked out? The entire interaction felt targeted, disrespectful, and humiliating. While I cannot know the cashier's intentions, being denied service while another customer was served moments later left my friends and me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Rather than argue, I left all of my items behind and walked out. I have shopped at 99 Ranch for years and never expected to experience something like this. I hope management reviews the surveillance footage and register activity from Register 14 around 9:00 PM on June 6, 2026, and addresses why customers were falsely told the store was closed while others continued to receive service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
