She was one of the most genuinely kind and helpful people I've met in a long time. She didn't try to upsell me or push expensive items--she simply listened, guided me to exactly what I needed, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It's rare these days to find someone who treats customers with such patience, honesty, and care. We need more people like her. It's 11:35 am Saturday, Jan 21, 2023. For all those people who had trouble in the past, it's safe to come back. Or try again. I had a return and was met at the counter with a smile and a "no problem!" even though the error on the custom paint was my own. I got what I needed and the check out staff were lovely and a random staff member walked by and offered to take my empty cart. Store is fully stocked and fully staffed...and apparently fully trained. Either that or they only hire nice people. Way to go Menards HR! And to all the Menard's crew that helped me today, thank you!!
