I hit the chat on the app, but the bot was useless and wanted me to look at an extended warranty. I asked the bot for a person. She was of no help and kept trying to sell an extended warranty. I called the story, and after ten or so excruciating phone bot minutes, I got a person who transferred me to a person who was upset that I was angry and did not listen to my concern. He was only concerned about himself and that I give him respect. No one ever apologize and offered to send someone to fix it.

It's 11:35 am Saturday, Jan 21, 2023. For all those people who had trouble in the past, it's safe to come back. Or try again. I had a return and was met at the counter with a smile and a "no problem!" even though the error on the custom paint was my own. I got what I needed and the check out staff were lovely and a random staff member walked by and offered to take my empty cart. Store is fully stocked and fully staffed...and apparently fully trained.
