Oh please don't get me started!!! I'm reviewing the S&H department the store staff is great. The shipping and handling dept is awful! I've ordered items and received wrong color, wrong size, wrong item and to top off this list I have items wadded into a ball and then stuffed into a small plastic bag. I suppose I shouldn't name the other " department " stores but one starts with a k one with a t and I suppose one starts with J.The quality ,which by the way cannot be determined online, at Macy's is excellent. The selection is amazing. I recently bought an expensive ring there for 30 percent of the original price . They run a sale it's a sale not hike it up then take a little off . This weekend I purchased gifts for a 70 yr old woman down to an 11 year old girl with a mixture of every age and gender in between .home goods clothing earrings a jacket all at great prices and of great quality. This is one of my favorite stores, but I wish this location was larger. They have a limited home goods section. The staff was friendly but they seemed to be pushing the new way of self checkout. I don't understand the process and prefer to be checked out by a live person. The store is clean and well organized. read more

I've been shopping at Macy's for decades. I never had a problem until my husband, who was the account holder for a credit card, passed away. Between the store, the credit card department and everything else, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The way a customer service person on the phone yelled at me while I was crying? My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Macy's. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of savings we encountered. We worked closely with Larry and met Melissa. Both of these employees within the men's department helped in a way that left is beyond satisfied. Their attention to us and kindness may have just won us over.
