He allowed me the time I needed to call my insurance company to make sure my coverage already covered surges and such. He set perfect expectations regarding scheduling and delivery. Alex was helping another couple that arrived before I did, yet seemed to share his attentiveness with us both equally and not taking anything away from the experience. There was ZERO pressure...just all information I could need and so being overwhelmed. He was knowledable and honest. It felt like he was more committed to the experience than the sale, annd he was personable annd candelid...and as a salesperson myself, I appreciated that. Speed Queen isn't the cheapest but its reputation is long-standing and I haven't bought a brand new washer in over 20 years. There's something to be said about buying Made In The USA and a 5 year warranty I feel brings comfort, pride, and value to the table. The daily delivery emails were great with as busy as I've been with work. I called back several times from both my work and personal phone to confirm the delivery window set for me and never got anyone on the phone. I got a call less than a hour before expected delivery and was able to pick up because I was at an appointment I had to move up to be able to make the delivery window work for me (which was established the evening before) and the person calling to schedule was curt and snarky, asking for the phone number on my file. I told him the work phone number he was calling was for scheduling because it was during work hours and the other number was personal. He acted annoyed that I didn't know which one was on my file when I provided both at the time of purchase and this is my first purchase from y'all. He told me my drivers would be at least half an hour early awouod only wait 15 minutes. I told him I moved a personal appointment to 9am once I received delivery window from 10-1, so would need them to keep the time they committed to. He seemed annoyed with that as well, although I told him I'd be home by 10 for the delivery. I was home around 9:40, with plenty of time. The drivers were kind, professional, and efficient and said they had a lot of deliveries which is why they were early. They didn't seem annoyed, and were wrapped up with my install by 10:05, so should technically still been ahead of schedule.

Unbelievably rude help.... after waiting months now for a behringer part that I was quoted 130.00…read moreon, I get a second unit in that needs one too and call to see if any hope exists of getting one in. First person Stacy tells me to get the part number and I have another call come in and ask if she'll hold a few seconds while i tell them I'll call back. literally 10 seconds later she's hung up on me. So I call back..wade through the message and the lady tells me Stacy is busy at the counter now...she can 'help' me. I explain that the part number I read off we've been waiting for and SHE changes the whole story to 'we never sell parts'. Calls me a liar for claiming that I was quoted and have waited a a few months now. Accuses me of being 'rude' for saying that's what happened..hangs up when i say 'but you're calling me a liar'. Great PR people. Great PR..... so what do I do now? i call Behringer and the lady I get there acts like she's standing right by the other lady. Talks over the top of me and tries to divert me to another service center who will probably tell me the same thing. Sorry done being baited and switched on for the day.

You will always get professional, trustworthy service when you take your phone/tablet/computer to him to repair. I recently had an old laptop hard drive repaired as well as leaving a few tablets. He was honest with me about the options to repair the tablets - even telling me that he was able to fix one, but that purchasing a replacement would only be $10-$20 more. Most places would take your money and not even tell you. When I got the laptop home I had a conflict with the type of Comcast internet I have at home and AER not only spent time troubleshooting with me over the phone but also included his world class IT department - both of whom tried for a good amount of time to help me connect to wi-fi at my home. In the end it was a problem with the type of tri band wi-fi conflicting with my dual-band wireless adapter. Which was indeed what AER and his amazing IT department found was the issue. I highly recommend you give Athens Electronics Repair a call for ALL your repair needs, you will be in good hands and will not be disappointed!! Thank you AER - you are a welcome addition to our area!!
