It was very busy tonight and you could tell the staff was at a higher pace than normal. Our server was polite and professional, helpful w explaining dishes. This is not a package or microwave type place. The food is authentic and if your a Turkish food fan then this will be a treat. Fresh bread cooked on premises. The flat bread w cheese and added the egg was delicious. The cold app Med tour was delicious and we added the garden eggplant and that was a table favorite. The lamb was tasty but I'm not a big fan of chops, usually too dry. I'd like to see them do a rack of lamb instead but still the chops were good. The chicken Kebob was tender and well seasoned. The Turkish coffee is strong... the desserts all have a Mediterranean twist, even though it says tres leche or tiramisu Expect nuts and pistachio powder sprinkled about. Only issue is that we orderd the soufflé but it was not it was just a regular lava cake.. but all in all it was a very good experience I wouid go again and tell friends

Beautiful large bar, they also have tables and booths in the bar. Finally a restaurant that has comfortable seating! All the bar and dining room are very good quality comfortable padded seats. As someone who had chronic back pain for years that's so important when dining out. Now let's get to the food! The menu has a lot of Asian flair, very unique combinations and the things we tried were excellent. We started with the gochujang wings, juicy, good size wings, very well cooked. The sauce was delicious and paired well with the pickled veggies. My partner had the duck and absolutely loved it. I had the hanger steak... And let me say I'm extremely picky with my steak. One of the best I've ever had out. I like mine well done and it was still very tender, flavorful. Great size portion, came with fries and it was served over sautéed squash and zucchini. I went over the deep end and ordered the Keylime pie because it was served the way it should be, with a meringue! It was super sweet and delicious. Can't wait to return!

Farm to table was the theme and we were both excited for the new experience. We placed our orders for salads and burgers with a focaccia bread to share. The salads and focaccia arrived promptly and absolutely presented amazingly! Fresh doesn't do this place justice and the portion size was almost overwhelming.. My wife stated her wedge salad with warm bacon, crumbled blue cheese, pickled onion and other ingredients may be the best salad she had ever eaten and couldn't have been more fresh, my street corn salad, was equally amazing and fresh with just the right amount of individual ingredients proportionately arranged to satisfy your tastebuds with each bite. The smash burgers arrived right on time as we finished our salads . My wife had the Good News Burger with Fresh-ground black angus, new school American, baby gem, ripe tomato, pickled red onion and their good sauce on a toasted brioche, I had the Truffle Smash Burger a Freshly ground black angus, truffle cheddar, caramelized onions, local mushrooms, truffle fondue also on a toasted brioche. The experience and the freshness of both our meals were all we had hoped for as the flavors exploded in your mouth with each bite! I highly recommend this gem of a dining experience nestled in the quaint town of Woodbury, CT!

We stopped in on a Thursday evening, and there was even live music that night. We have heard great things about the wings, and that's what we were here for! We tried five or six flavors and they were all cooked perfectly. Little crisp on the outside but juicy on the inside. My only complaint is that I would've preferred the sauced wings, a little saucier, but I know for next time to just ask for extra sauce. One flavor was on the milder side and wasn't my favorite, but it's also something that my husband picked out and I would not have ordered so we will let that one pass. Lol We did not sit at the bar, but our server was the bartender, and she was very helpful both in giving us information about the history of the family owned restaurant, and about wing sauces and food choices and she even made my husband a martini with blue cheese stuffed olives, even though she said that is not on the menu and no one has asked that before. She was happy to put on a pair of gloves and stuff some olives for him.

Took a peek at the reviews, they looked pretty good and from the road it's a nice looking building with outdoor seating (our fav) but it doesn't prepare you for how pretty the inside dining is or for the great rectangular bar with large screen TV's everywhere to catch your favorite team. So we walk through and see Christy (learned her name) at the bar. She offers a friendly welcome and tells us to pick our table. So we select a nice four top toward the back outside on the pretty patio filled with flowers. We quickly find ourselves greeted again and asked if we would like some bread. Sure. This is the lightest, fluffiest with a crunchy crust that just absolutely melts in your melt and scream hallelujah bread omg . They have a separate wing menu and then the regular menu. Johnny ordered buffalo wings with blue cheese and I had the turkey club but on two slices of bread as opposed to the three pieces it typically comes with and a house salad with oil and their red wine vinegar). The salad is cut up romaine, grape tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions. The lettuce was so crisp and fresh and the red wine vinegar had what appeared to be their blend of spices in it making it so tasty and flavorful. Now, the turkey is a smoked turkey breast, sliced in house fairly thin but with lots of it. Absolutely incredible! Comes with lettuce tomato and a bit of mayo. Johnnys wings were quite large, cooked too a perfect crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside. To say we will be back soon is to say the sun comes out tomorrow lol. Service was outstanding and the entire restaurant we saw, indoors and out as well as bathrooms were immaculate. Seriously deserved another star on this great lunch experience. Thanks Christy. Renee n Johnny thank you

The majority of times the servers have been great. Most of them I've encountered seem to be experienced & seasoned servers who have been in the business for a while. The restaurant is stuck on a side street where you can almost walk right by unless you were looking for it. They have a small patio out front with a few tables to enjoy during the summer. It's nicely decorated and simple. Very clean always. They have had a special that they have been running for a few years now, if not longer that's a prix fixe menu that's a very good deal. We usually take advantage of that and it comes with a salad or soup with an app, entree & dessert. Great deal for a reasonable price. The food is always delicious. I've tried pasta dishes to lamb chops to a steak. Always cooked properly. My absolute go to that you must try is this amazing fries mozzarella. It is the best lightest, fluffiest most pillowy fried mozz I've ever had in my life. It's true mouth gasm. Don't know how it's always so light and fluffy for fried mozz. It's mind blowing good. Yes that good. Really :-) They're a fairly quiet place and a lot of the locals meet up. Always starts off slow when they open for dinner by it's pretty lovely and busier when I leave.
