They also put real thought into their seasonal menu, which is always a fun addition alongside the regular staples. The seating is great inside and out, whether I'm working solo or meeting up with others. Always have a great mix and rotating styles of music palming with a cool style inside. And while the food selection is decent... I'm still lobbying for a breakfast burrito. That said, they rotate a quiche, including a feta and tomato one that's a solid win. She was very warm, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Most of the tables in the front had customers sitting at them, but don't let that discourage you because they also have seating towards the back, and that area was pretty empty. There is also a public bathroom that I have to say was very clean. There was no wait when I arrived and the drink was made fairly quickly. I had the 12oz Spice Maple Fig Latte with oat milk $5.50. At first sip, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I could taste all the flavors, it wasn't too sweet, and it wasn't bitter. It was perfectly roasted and I actually regretted not getting a larger size. It was so delicious and I definitely recommend this shop if you're in the area. If you live here definitely support this small business and if I'm back in the area, I will definitely return. They have a free parking lot which is typical for the suburbs. It's located within a shopping plaza with an Ace Hardware so it's fairly easy to park. You may not be able to find a spot directly in front of the coffee house on a Friday but you will definitely be able to find a spot in the lot.

Ended up going with the Dirty South blend and grabbed myself a decaf Americano while I was there. Really enjoyed it. Smooth, flavorful, and not overly strong or bitter like some Americanos can be. It was the most fragrant shot I've ever had. I fell in LOVE. Definitely the best coffee I've had in a couple of years! Belux speaks coffee. This is the only purist coffee retailer I'm aware of in Georgia and am so thankful, albeit 45 minutes drive. Also, they are the only one to offer Gesha outside of a special event. I came in this morning and it was fully packed. The parking lot was busy, conversations filled the room, coffee was moving across the bar, and at 10 AM I'm hearing people order brisket pizza and brisket tacos because apparently Friday at Phoenix now means BBQ. The menu has expanded. The place is busier. But the important stuff hasn't changed. The coffee is still exceptional. The quality is still consistent. And this place still has that ability to make time feel a little less important. I've realized Phoenix has become my decompression station. Sometimes it's only 20 minutes--scroll through my phone, grab one of the National Geographic magazines they have lying around, or just sit with a great cup of coffee and take in the room. Whatever kind of day I walked in with, I usually leave feeling reset. Four months ago, I compared Phoenix to some of the great coffee experiences I've had elsewhere because I was trying to explain the feeling this place gives me. The inside is a little smaller then Tim's you might be familiar with North of the 49th parallel... The selection of donuts is small... so don't expect a huge selection... only three varieties of TimBits... so if that could be enlarged that would be awesome. The coffee still tastes the same. I got it hot with oat milk so it's creamy, nutty and it doesn't even feel like I'm drinking coffee - which can be dangerous. I got a second one to go before I left. I also had a croissant which is very reasonably priced at $3. I'm not much of a sweets person so depending on the next time I'm in, I'd be curious to try their croffle - I still haven't had one yet in general.
