My boyfriend and I both got manis and pedis, and the salon was bigger than I expected, busy, and well-run. The staff was friendly and professional throughout our appointments. I decided to go natural this time and just get gel polish. The shaping was nicely done, and the cuticle work was solid. The only hiccup was the polish color. I asked for a specific shade from their color chart and clarified it a few times, but somehow ended up with a different color than what I had in mind. After bringing it up a couple of times, I decided to just let it go and accept my fate . To be fair, the final color still looked good it just wasn't the shade I originally wanted. Overall, it was a minor issue in an otherwise positive experience. I'd still recommend this place and would definitely come back, just with some extra clarity next time (or maybe pointing directly at the bottle ).

From the outside, it looks like any other nail place; but when I was immediately greeted (at other salons, I've waited a minute or two to even be acknowledged), it just felt different. Not only was it a Sunday, it was just before spring break. No time for me.. :( Kevin overheard and said he'd stay after close at 5. By the time he finished his appointments and called me to come in, it was 8:00 PM. If you've ever had your nails done- especially near closing- you know this is unheard of). After painting daisies on high school girls' toes for 8 hours, he just kept going. Stamina, baby. So first, pick your color. For shellac (side note: go shellac), you choose a color by swatches not bottles. The swatches are all in a few huge rings with the location always unknown- you get to search! Here, polish was clearly organized by brand and there was not a shade missing. Kevin got to work and impressed me right away with his fast, precise technique. After 30 minutes max, he was done- and it was flawless. I didn't have a single complaint. Prices are comparable to other salons for all services, but here, you always feel it was worth every penny. To top it off, Kevin is an incredibly nice guy and truly just wants to make you happy! He gave me his card and said they (he and his adorable wife run the place) never turn a customer away despite hours. Next time, he says call, he can do any time. At this point, I'm certain I'm a celebrity. Ultimately, T & N looks like every other nail salon on the outside, but their customer service is unparalleled. Kevin is an all-around pro and truly cares about your nails- NOT your money. The total experience was in a class of its own. I will never go anywhere else after this VIP treatment!

I don't know the name of the woman who worked on me, but I think she had never done EITHER before!!! Forgot to put on a top coat and then took me over to the manicure desk. It only went downhill from there . What sets this salon apart is not just their skill, but how much they care about staying current. They travel all over to learn new techniques, keep up with trends, and bring back the latest products. You can really tell in the huge selection of colors and add-ons they offer! The atmosphere is another big reason I keep coming back. They're so warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I've come in with some pretty complicated design ideas before, and they're always excited to try them. And if I have no clue what I want, they'll actually take the time to help me figure something out instead of rushing me. One thing I really appreciate is how comfortable they make me feel. At other salons, I've felt intimidated speaking up if I didn't love the shape or color, but not here. They're super approachable and genuinely want you to be happy with your nails! They're also really kind and accommodating. If I ever have a nail break, they'll get me in quickly and fix it for little to no cost. That said, it hardly ever happens because their work lasts so well! If you want a place that's talented, creative, and actually cares about their clients, this is it!

I've gone to this salon three times. They offer more color and design options than most other…read moresalons but the service on my last visit was the most disappointing service I've had in years. I called to see if they had time for me, they said yes and I arrived 2 hours before they closed for a full set. First they cut me taking off my old set. Then they had me soak my nails which burned very bad where they had just cut me. I sat there with the foil on my fingers for a full hour and a half before they could get back to me. Eventually I just took the dried foils off and waited. By the time they finished helping literally everyone else I was the last person in the salon, getting my nails done a full hour after they had closed. They nails looked good but because they rushed putting them on the designs were crooked and over the next week three of my nails just popped off like they were press ons. For making me wait 2 extra hours on top of the maybe one hour it took to do my nails and for the cutting my finger they offered me a $15 discount. I didn't think it was very fair but I paid $80 PLUS TIP for a full set. Then they proceeded to keep popping off throughout the week. I had to glue four of the nails back down. I called today to come back for a new full set and a pedicure. I expected to pay full price for a pedicure but kindly requested the nail set be discounted because of the poor service and super poor results from my current set. I've never had multiple nails pop off like this. The person answering the phone and Nick the manager were both argumentative. They refused any discount on my nails because they already gave me one... even though the discount was not considering the retention of the nails. I really did like this place before I realized how poor their customer service is. Would have been a loyal customer but when they mess up they will take almost nothing off the cost and argue with you about it.

I saw that you can make an appointment online through their website, but the options were kind of confusing and not very specific (I couldn't tell what pedicure I was choosing), so I just ended up calling. They have a sign on the front desk saying they are short handed and thanks for your patience. I did have to be patient, as I wasn't in the chair until 15 minutes past my appointment time. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry, but something to keep in mind if you have other plans. The tech was gentle and my pedicure was great. I personally asked for a dip manicure along with a regular pedicure which wasn't a problem for staff. They quickly got my party and I in everything seemed to be going perfectly, until the end. At each station, there were VENMO codes to give your nail stylist a tip (perfect!) After I finished receiving services, I went ahead and tipped my nail artist who did my manicure. Once I checked out, she told me to go and tip the different lady who did my pedicure. While I'm not opposed to leaving a tip where a tip is deserved, I thought it was weird to tell me I needed to tip someone as tips aren't required. Regardless, I did go ahead and tip the lady who did my pedicure. While I finished for the rest of my party to finish getting their nails completed, I sat in the lobby chatting with some of my other friends. 5 minutes later, the lady who gave me my pedicure found me and claimed that I did not tip her. Confused and embarrassed, I told her that I did, indeed, tip her. To which she asked me to show her. Now completely uncomfortable, I showed her my transaction history which showed a completed tip to her. The pedicure artist continued to tell me that it did not go through (even though it pulled from my bank account) and kept showing me her phone and going through mine. At this point I'm HIGHLY uncomfortable and tell her I'm not sure what she wants me to say as it took the money from my account. The lady then proceeds to tell me I need to tip her again and pulls up her VENMO to send her more money. I refused and said I'm sorry but I'm not going to continue sending you more and more money before I finally was able to leave with my friends. Overall, everything was going good until it wasn't. I wouldn't go back due to this uncomfortable situation but one artist shouldn't be responsible for an entire business. Artist name was Mua Tran.
