    I attached the picture of the nails I asked for vs the nails I got. Before we got started i showed her the picture and asked if she could do it, she said yes! I wanted those nails EXACTLY, down to the shape and color. I actually picked out the brown I wanted and she didn't even use it. Multiple times during the process i showed her the picture I wanted and every time she'd look at it for a second and say "you can put it away". I ended up paying $60, they told me they would fix it but they obviously don't know what they're doing

    Picked out a deep royal blue and this is what I received... after 4 coats. She knew I was disappointed yet didn't even bat an eye or offer to fix it. I never leave reviews but I'm so tired of nail salons doing a shitty jobs. All tools are also reused if someone can suggest a GREAT nail salon in Grand Rapids I would be so thankful. Won't be back here... yet another Salon checked off my list :(

    Very happy with the service I got! I showed Linda a picture of how I wanted my nails, and she went out of her way to make sure she made them look exactly the same! This was my first time there. I definitely recommend

    The owner did my nails horribly! My nails are barely square then Charged me $48 didn't allow me a refund after either please don't come here!

    Friendly and busy (on a Saturday), Fair prices ($25 for a pedicure). Could be a bit cleaner. Pretty typical nail salon. OPI products.

I have two daughters, ages 5 and 7, and when I walked in, I was told that a children's manicure was $35 with an additional $5 charge for nail art. While I felt that was already expensive for a basic children's manicure with regular polish, I agreed to it. However, when it was time to check out, I was charged $45 per child instead of the $40 I had been quoted. That may not seem like a lot to some people, but it was the principle of being told one price and then being charged another. If they had been upfront from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision. After this issue arose and because of the amount of time it was taking to resolve it, I decided to cancel my mom's manicure appointment. She did not receive her nail polish service, and I was still willing to pay for the time that had been reserved. However, after everything that happened, it made me question the way this business handles customers and pricing. The checkout process became a much bigger issue than it needed to be. The employee had to call multiple people to figure out how to correct the charge. At one point, they wanted to cancel a charge that was close to $200 and recharge my card. When I asked how long it would take for the original charge to return to my account, I was told it could take several days. I was not comfortable having that amount of money tied up for several days, especially because I needed access to those funds. After waiting approximately 20 additional minutes while they tried to resolve the situation, they eventually gave me cash back. What made this experience even more disappointing was that my mother it trying to catch an early morning flight, and we were already pressed for time. My daughters kept asking me, "Mom, why are they charging you more when they said it was $35?" It was an uncomfortable situation that never should have happened. I want to be clear: I did not come in looking for a discount or special treatment. I fully intended to leave a generous tip, as I usually do. In fact, despite this experience, I still left a 15% tip. Normally, I tip over 30% when I receive good service. I recently moved here from Nebraska, and in my personal experience, customer service there was much better. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of honesty, transparency, and respecting customers' time. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says a lot. This experience taught an important lesson to my daughters: if someone is not being honest or transparent with you, it is okay to respectfully advocate for yourself and ask questions. I did nothing wrong. I simply expected to be charged the price I was originally quoted. I'm glad others have had positive experiences here, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. Because of that, I will not be returning.

    What a strange experience! When we first arrived things were…read moregoing beautifully. The building was very clean, the staff were extremely welcoming, and the vibes were overall very positive. I personally asked for a dip manicure along with a regular pedicure which wasn't a problem for staff. They quickly got my party and I in everything seemed to be going perfectly, until the end. At each station, there were VENMO codes to give your nail stylist a tip (perfect!) After I finished receiving services, I went ahead and tipped my nail artist who did my manicure. Once I checked out, she told me to go and tip the different lady who did my pedicure. While I'm not opposed to leaving a tip where a tip is deserved, I thought it was weird to tell me I needed to tip someone as tips aren't required. Regardless, I did go ahead and tip the lady who did my pedicure. While I finished for the rest of my party to finish getting their nails completed, I sat in the lobby chatting with some of my other friends. 5 minutes later, the lady who gave me my pedicure found me and claimed that I did not tip her. Confused and embarrassed, I told her that I did, indeed, tip her. To which she asked me to show her. Now completely uncomfortable, I showed her my transaction history which showed a completed tip to her. The pedicure artist continued to tell me that it did not go through (even though it pulled from my bank account) and kept showing me her phone and going through mine. At this point I'm HIGHLY uncomfortable and tell her I'm not sure what she wants me to say as it took the money from my account. The lady then proceeds to tell me I need to tip her again and pulls up her VENMO to send her more money. I refused and said I'm sorry but I'm not going to continue sending you more and more money before I finally was able to leave with my friends. Overall, everything was going good until it wasn't. I wouldn't go back due to this uncomfortable situation but one artist shouldn't be responsible for an entire business. Artist name was Mua Tran.
