It is a cute little cafe that gives the French vibes. I bookmarked it when they first opened and yesterday was my first visit. The list is all types of French sandwiches and croissants and paninis. I decided to order the croque monsieur and use the panini bread instead. They are very flexible on how you want to customize your sandwich. I got the soup potage parmentier and the side of fries My friend got the pressed chicken sandwich in a baguette, the soup and at the end she tried the lemon tarte The food is very good! What is even better is they get their bread and croissant from Lacoste I really enjoyed my meal and the setting of the restaurant. Parking could be an issue

Super cute fast French cafe that opened up in the old Arrosta space at the Pearl extension. More of a counter type set up with salads, sandwiches and brunch all day. Started with the leek and potato soup and it was deliciously thick and creamy. The nicoise salad was a little heavy on the tuna and slightly underseasoned. I would probably order a sandwich next time. Self serve iced tropical tea and house made lemonade. Overall a nice casual stop at the Pearl.

I needed a place to catch up on some reading and relax. 10/10 aesthetically pleasing atmosphere and great customer service. I got a lavender and honey iced latte and the bread pudding. Both were not too sweet but fresh and creamy. Definitely will come back to try the lunch menu. Cutest place at the pearl.

This place is so cute and French! Everyone was super nice and the food was delicious!

I already started before I took the picture!

This cannot be beat. Get the American cheddar (and extra if you love cheese). Get extra red sauce (jalapeno salsa or something). I like my cheesesteak with mushrooms and jalapeños. This is definitely big enough to share unless you have a beast for a husband. Get 2 and put 1/2 in fridge for tomorrow. It gets a tad soggy, but it's almost even better the next day. The bread here is amazing. The staff is super rad. The location and vibe is spot on. Do not miss this secret spot.

So, when co-workers wanted to go yesterday, I jumped on it. Don't get me wrong. I love the vibe of this place. I LOVE their story. It's very NY/Northeastern deli feel (they're from Pittsburgh, but you get my drift, right!?). No nonsense. Small inside area. No tables inside. Just enough room to look at the menu, order, and go wait outside. I opted for the chicken bacon ranch on hoagie. What came out was a decent size sandwich, but incredibly messy and soggy. There was so much juice/ liquid the sandwich quickly became unmanageable and just disintegrated. Look, if you're going to serve a sandwich that messy, please upgrade your napkins. It was a one bite - two napkin ratio. The sandwich was good, but the mess and difficulty eating it just took away any enjoyment. Additionally, the flies outside rivaled the worst I've experienced. Do you remember the scene in the Lost World, Jurassic Park movie when the hunters found the Rex nest!? Okay, okay, maybe not that bad, but it was a lot. Hang some fly bags or strips or somethin'. Found price to be a little high. By the time I bought chips and a drink, plus tip: $22. Just FYI: my co-worker disagrees. He thought it was the BEST SANDWICH HE'D EVER HAD. So, yes, go give them a try, but bring a beach towel for clean up.

I passed this on the way to my assignment location and began researching this spot. Some google…read morereviews mentioned they are F1 fans and Ferrari people. So I knew I had to check them out. I was able to make my way here on my last day in San Antonio in late March thanks to my flight being delayed and my oh my, I am quite impressed! The older gentleman taking my order at the counter gave me a big smile when I mentioned I heard you have this thing called the serious sandwich here. He told me that they do and then stated "You won't regret ordering it, seriously." Chuckling, I decided on a half order of that along with a side of potato salad and their side of beans. After taking my first bite, I realized the gentleman was right. This is a dope sandwich! Excellent cured meats in the salamar and pair of hams along with the provolone and melted cheddar with the veggies, spices, italian dressing, and mustard. The bread they use holds up well and has a slight crunch to it. If you prefer your bread to have softness to it, you may have to ask if they can substitute a different bread instead of the italian flat bread they use. But I absolutely love this sandwich the way it is! As for the sides, the potato salad has a slight mustard taste and right consistency with a dash of paprika on top; just the way I like it. The beans are charro beans (I think) that are served steaming hot with some pork trimmings mixed in; I may have dipped my sandwich in it a couple times for flavor explosion. What can I say, I'm adventurous! There's some ferrari memorabilia and posters on the right side where some of the high top seating is. As a Ferrari F1 fan, I appreciate them displaying this here along with the track map of the COTA circuit in Austin. The seating area is spread out nicely with plenty of seats/tables and a drink station with some random signs up. All of interest to consumers like us. Definitely recommend coming here for either the serious sandwich or other delicious ones like their meatball sandwich or manhattan. I can't wait to come back and try the other ones but I may just stick with the serious sandwich cause I loved it. SERIOUSLY!

What an amazing meal!…read more My fiancé and I swung by for lunch on our way to the Witte and we're so glad that we did. The interior of this place was so unique, the staff were welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Naturally we had to sit in the upstairs dining area just for the novelty of it, and while we didn't have to wait too long for our meal, we had fun playing the trivia card game that was on each table. I ordered the Parmo Pollo Panini with Tomato Basil Soup. The chicken in the Panini was a little dry, but coupled with the Tomato Basil Soup I could hardly tell. While they were delicious together, both were just as tasty on their own. The Panini was a good hearty sandwich, and the Tomato Basil Soup was packed full with delicious spices. I ended up taking up half of both the Soup and Panini to go as the portions were so large. I'm glad we went at the start of lunch rush as it was packed by the time we left. I'd highly recommend W D if you're after a satisfying meal!

The reason I give it a 3 star vs. 4 ia because we were visiting for the first time and looked visibly lost and no one offered to help us or explained to us that we had to order at the counter. We sat at our table upstairs for a good 15 mins before realizing no waiters were coming.

That bread is so fresh the whole sandwich was just perfection. My matcha... again I was planning to try different things this trip but the Miss Honey matcha just did it for me. And I loved the honeycomb in there it was a yummy treat. The staff were nice, friendly and honestly I loved their styles haha. I love the whole concept and vibe of this place, the menus are super cute too and I love all the natural light that comes in from the big windows. They even had a thrift room! The only complaint with the tribune was the wetness of the sandwich.. within a few minutes it was soggy. Other than that the flavor was good and nice presentation. Sandwiches do not come with anything I think for the price point chips should have been served with them. Drinks: huge menu of alcoholic and no alcoholic drinks (actually more drinks that food options) we ordered a flight of sweet wines and a glass of a red blend. Both were priced comparable to downtown establishments however the flight portions were small in my opinion. Location: downtown San Antonio across from the pearl on Broadway. A few free parking spots across the street and a parking a Garage attached to the bldg. overflow seating outside of inside gets packed. Typical coffee shop with people working on laptops. Staff seemed to be super busy had to ask for tables to be cleaned prior to eating and for water glasses. (Water is self serve)

Ok - let's start with what this place *is not* -- this isn't a flashy trendy chain, this place isn't trying to gamify eating by offering gimmicks, this place is not going to change your life. The Station Cafe is a local staple that has built a beautiful reputation between two delicious slices of fluffy and structurally pleasant bread. I've only had a handful of their sandwiches (and some may say that a handful is enough) but I'm determined to make my way through their substantial menu. Each sandwich comes with a heaping helping of whatever it is that it's comprised of at a fair price. These aren't cheap discount sandos, you're going to pay for the quality here, and you should feel really good about that. Today I had the jalapeño turkey sandwich and I have no regrets.
