It's a spotlessly clean place, with new-looking pedicure chairs and sparkling clean iridescent bowls, which they line with disposable plastic for pedicures. They have a variety of luxury pedicures, starting at $30 for the basic (and I paid $3 extra for "callus care," which is normally included at my other pedi place) and going up in price and services. They offer luffa scrubs and scented soaks. I brought my own polish, but their selection is huge. The man who did my pedicure was polite and competent. They let me stay in the massage chair until my toes were dry, which I greatly appreciated. He also put a little oil on my toes before I put my socks back on, so the polish wouldn't smear. I will probably stick with my usual place for basic pedicures, because Le knows my feet, but I might return here for a luxury pedi if I want to pamper myself.

The young woman who worked on me was also rude--not only did she ignore my complaints of pain when using the blue light due to lupus and photosensitizing prescription meds, but she also performed pulling, which has made my nails brittle--now 2 of them are breaking. It's unsurprising they were slow thru my appt. Would not recommend!

Ann did my manicure and I will say this is close to one of the best manicures I've had. She was very kind and fun to talk to and my nails came out great! The owner was also very attentive and on top of things. They also had you pay before the nail polish which I really appreciated because it's always the worst trying not to ruin your manicure getting a card. Overall, 10/10 experience for what you pay. I'm sad I don't live here because this place would definitely be my go to, but I will be back the next time I visit.

Very disappointing second experience…read more I had two very different experiences at this salon. I should also not both times we're walk-ins around 1pm and they were busier the second time I went. The first time I went, I had a great experience with my technician. She took the time to understand what I wanted and I left very happy with my nails! They were beautiful and this place was close to my boyfriend's house, so I got excited and wanted to start coming back regularly. Unfortunately I was very clumsy that week and broke two of my beautiful nails -- my index finger and thumb. So I went in again on my day off, said hello and checked in, picked out my color from before (thankfully I remembered!), and sat patiently in the corner on my phone for them to be ready for me. (I should also note that I literally had nothing to do on my day off, so I could have waited an hour and I wouldn't have cared in the slightest! I also work in the service industry and understand how hectic times can be and also how great it is this store is busy with business again). A technician told me to follow her back so I did so. I imminently was under the impression that she did not want to see me as she talking to a client that has already booked an appointment with her. She told her client that she would fix my nails quickly and be right with her. It seemed awkward for both myself and her other customer, as we were sitting right next to each other. The technician was very thorough with checking with her regular client about how she was doing and if she needed anything and what she wanted done. She did not as me any of these questions, which made me feel extremely unwelcome. I sat quietly and waited for her to complete her work. The technician then told me when we were almost done that "it was not her job to do my nails because she already had an appointment right now." (This is word-for-word what she told me). This shocked me to hear and made me very uncomfortable as I did not understand what I had done wrong, so I did not comment because I didn't know what to say honestly! Instead, I looked down and sat patiently as she proceeded to finish my nails. I believe she did well with my thumb although it is not straight and is long. However, my index finger is done horribly. It is the wrong length completely and is angled downward whereas all my other nails are nearly straight. I believe it is also the incorrect size as it is much more round than any of my other nails. I was so uncomfortable after she had finished, I did not want to have her fix the horrible job she had done. I've never felt so horribly about being a customer. After she finished, she told me I did not need to pay and I could go. I quietly asked her if I could still leave a tip (as I still know how hard times can be for service workers). She seemed almost surprised that I wanted to and said yes. I left $5 and nearly ran out the door. I was in tears walking out. I do understand stress during busy hours, but I'm not sure why the salon didn't have me wait longer if there was not a technician ready for me. Unfortunately, I will now need to find a new nail salon because I would be EMBARRASSED to go back here ever again. They make you feel bad for coming in -- just be aware!! I also hope the salon finds this review well as my first technician was nearly perfect. This is my first review I have ever felt the need to write to a business. I really hope they can find more people like the first tech soon!

They only had 3 other nail techs. Right when I walked in the door they tried to ask me if I wanted a pedicure as well. I looked at my watch because I didn't know if I had time for that. The other nail tech was talking about me and that this girl keeps looking at her watch she doesn't want it! In Vietnamese. That was extremely rude. The nail tech did not know how to shape my nails. I get my nails done regularly to know. She did not fill the acrylic close to my cuticle and I told her to correct it but she argued with me that polish will cover it which doesn't make any sense. She gave me an attitude when I made her fix it. She would give me dirty looks when I stared at my nails. Paid $65 for poor service. This was by far the most expensive nail salon I've ever visited--$150 for a Gel-X set and a pedicure. While the price alone was shocking, I would have been okay with it if the quality matched. However, the Gel-X set lasted only two weeks before the nails completely started popping off, which is highly unusual. I had them done on April 11, and by April 25 they were already failing. This clearly reflects poor workmanship and is unacceptable given the cost. I would strongly recommend avoiding this nail salon.
