Had the worst experience ever here! Don't recommend at all. Thang did my nails and he rushed it, literally finished my full set acrylic in less than 45 mins. He drilled over my cuticles multiple times, causing me to bleed and after 2-3 days my cuticles look disgusting- worst than I've ever seen themNot to mention on the 4 days having these nails my right middle finger popped off when I opened my refrigerator. SO EASILY! The French tip was messy and there were more than I can count mistakes. After one week I just had to get a soak off. Too many were lifting. Wanted to love this place but I just can't. I used to come to this location all the time! It was my go to. But after my experience last night I will never be returning. I don't ever make reviews about companies but I felt the need to after this. I want to say almost EVERY TIME I go to this salon, I feel uncomfortable. The workers there will surround my nail artist and laugh at the nails they were doing on ME or look at my face and start laughing and speaking in their own language. I understand there's a chance it wasn't about me but for this to be happening every time I go there is ridiculous. I deal with major social anxiety and last nights visit was my last straw with this location. I felt so uncomfortable I cried in my car after feeling unwelcome, laughed at, and uneasy throughout the whole experience. I wasnt the only one who felt that way. I was with my sister and they did this to us both. Not only was it us but a friend who tagged along with us need to step out of the salon because she was tired of witnessing the workers make fun of other clients who were also getting their nails done. To move the topic to the nails... my sister and I were both rushed. We did not receive we wanted. I was charged $70 for the shortest set of nails I've ever gotten from this place... I requested medium long and they barely past my finger tips. I asked for glitter around the tips but because the whole store was leaving already they said "it looks better this way" and didn't give me what I wanted. I'm really in disbelief with this experience and will not be returning again. UPDATE: *****not even 4 hours after the initial review, I have a happy update. Mike, the usual front desk employee and manager, promptly reached out to me and offered to fix my nails for free. Stellar customer service and proof that this place cares about its customers. I won't be taking the offer on the correction for timing purposes only(I'm on a time crunch before my photos), however I'm now strongly considering returning to Vogue in the future.... I'll just make an appointment with Van, since that is who Mike recommended! Thank you Mike and thank you Vogue for correcting your mistakes. Much appreciated also note, our conversation is now attached in the photos***** Buckle up y'all, this is a long but honest review. I've been going to Vogue 7 months now and have always been happy with the service. My friends on the other hand, have not. But since their frustrations never happened to me - so I payed it no mind. However, after today, I don't think I'll be returning. I go in for healthy nail. I never make an appointment and it's never been an issue. I only go when I don't mind waiting. Today was a bit of a wait, which was not a problem. It's the beginning of spring break and Easter is around the corner, so of course a nail salon will be busy. I started off with a French pedicure, which I am more than pleased with. Usually, they start on soaking off the healthy nail while you get your pedicure, but my lady didn't. I assumed it's because she doesn't have experience with healthy nail, which was also fine with me... I don't want someone to do something they don't know how to do. When I was done with my pedicure, they sent me to another man to do my nails. He started with soaking off the nails on my right hand. The nail on my right ring finger was starting to lift, so he just decided to pull that one off instead. However, it was only lifted on one side, so it was very much attached on the opposite side. He used another nail tip to pry it off, which was extremely painful, and resulted in ripping my natural nail. I figured it was just a mistake, as I was hopeful for a more positive outcome. He also added an extension to my ring finger, since that nail was broken. This nail wasn't the same shape or length as the rest of my nails, but I was hoping he'd fix it later. He started doing the healthy nail, which requires a coat of an activator, and then dipping in the powder. They usually do this 2-3 times. However, after the third dip, he went back to the mechanical file, and filed the powder off. This resulted in discoloration, and scratching of the finish. I told myself that maybe this is just another way technicians do healthy nail - I mean, he is the professional here and I'm not. I was doing my best to trust his judgement and that he'd fix it before all was said and done. After he finished filing all the powder down, he put the #4 polish on my nails. Then he said to wait 5 minutes and then I could go. He gave me my ticket for $41. I was floored. This told me that he had no idea what he was doing with healthy nail. Every time I've done healthy nail here, they put a clear gel topcoat and dry it under the lights. Nope, not with him. They also NEVER file off or brush off any of the powder. I just can't believe the technician sent me out knowing my nails looked a hot mess. I'm also baffled as to why I was sent to someone who obviously doesn't know how to do healthy nail. I will be fair and say that I said nothing to him nor management - but that was because I was so upset I was afraid I would pop off and make a scene, or cry in frustration. I'm taking my graduation pictures tomorrow so obviously I'll have to get them fixed... but I'm still debating if I'll go back here to get them fixed before I take my photos. I'll just say if you like your experience here, do yourself a favor and find out the name of your technician and make an appointment with them from there on out. There are definitely plenty of employees here who are pleasant and talented - but there are obviously some who either 1.) don't care what their finished product is, 2.) are willing to try to do something they don't know how to do, or 3) are overwhelmed with the rush, want to hurry up and get to the next client, and as a result their work looks like... this. Last month I would have given it five stars.... this experience was enough to bump it down to a two... and it's ONLY A two because I know there are others here who deserve 5 stars and beyond... that's just not who I got today. read more

I have been here a few times and really like it compared to other places in town (looking at you Polish'd). They seat you pretty much immediately (definitely helps to call ahead). Lots of color options. They have an ATM in the store to withdraw cash for a tip with no surcharge. The nail techs make sure to ask you if you like how they are doing it throughout the process. I got a pedicure last Sunday and it was the worst pedicure I've ever had the massage chair was broken the lady rushed though it, didn't even use scrub or lotion, she was done in 10 minutes, also she was trying to clip the ingrown toenails around my toenail which I don't even have ingrown toenails and gave me 4 huge gashes on either side of both nails, the cuts became infected and I am dealing with throbbing pain in both big toes. This is unacceptable because my job requires me to stand 12 hours a day and I am limping from the excruciating pain in my toes.
