The food was absolutely amazing, super hot and fresh, tasted awesome. It was a huge portion but in a good way; easy to take home to eat later or just gobble down as a good meal. We were greeted with friendly staff and chose to sit outside to eat. The outdoor seating was clean and well kept. Price was reasonable and we were given anything we asked for like extra croutons or seasoning. I got the custom stromboli and it was great, the others in my party got a salad, stromboli, and sandwich, and it was all amazing. Everything looked and smelled great and tasted even better. Best part was the ducks at the lake next to the outdoor seating. They came over when they saw we had food but didn't harass us. They were adorable and very sweet. One came over to eat a crouton I offered and the rest immediately wanted some. We named the friendly one Sweetie. Definitely made the experience even better. We watched the ducks as we ate and the staff came out to check on us periodically even in the heat. Will definitely be returning next time we're in the area. Staying at Great Wolf and ordered delivery (via a 3rd party) from Vocelli. Ordered Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Chicken/ Bacon, jalapeño Stromboli, 10 count wings (spicy BBQ sauce) and got a complimentary cheese sticks. Everything except the pizza exceeded expectations. Being from Jersey I am spoiled with an abundance of phenomenal pizza places back home. So while the pizza was good, it wasn't excellent. However it was much better the GWL pizza that family members had ordered earlier in the day. 7.5/10 on the pizza The wings were awesome! I usually prefer the sauce to be a little more spicy however the sauce went well, and the wings themselves were a good size. The meat fell off the bone enough that they were easy to handle however not too easy were one would question them being fake chicken wings. 10/10 IMO on the wings The cheese sticks although complimentary were also really good. I preferred it to the pizza. Had the cup of marinara sauce to dip in. It was a little on the greasy side but not too much. 9/10 The Stromboli was a decent size and also very good. Super loaded with the items described above, and the dough for the Stromboli itself was on the thicker side (which I prefer). The end slice obviously more doughy was less preferred to an inside piece. I had originally started with an end piece and was not as impressed, but when I had an inner slice I was much more surprised/ satisfied. The Stromboli was a 9/10 Feel like Vocelli should get some positive billing because they came through with a very solid take out order. The cost was very similar to what I would have been paying at Great Wolf although the quality was much better. I work at a local hospital and ordered two pizzas via DoorDash delivery. Our cafeteria closes early and several staff members were waiting to have something to eat. We work incredibly hard here and often forgo bathroom breaks let alone have dinner. However, after the food arrived, both pizzas looked like they had been ran over by a bus. I contacted Vocelli pizza and was told that because we were dealing with a 3rd party ie DoorDash delivery that it wasn't up to them to resolve the problem. I asked for a replacement or a refund from Vocelli's and was told that I would be charged a second time. According to the person on the call, the food was perfectly fine while inside the restaurant. What happened outside is anyone's guess. This is totally unacceptable and not what I would've expected to hear from a local business. read more

I must confess that I rarely post reviews . . . but we are new to the Poconos, where we have a rental property, and I will neeeeeeeever recommend Vocelli. Pizza was fine and delivered in an hour from order, so if that is your baseline, then go for it. Salad was also fine--nothing to write home about, but both delivered, as promised, in about an hour. Their online order did not complete on my phone, so I called in the same order. I asked the staff member if the order had come through, and he said no. Two days later, two charges appeared on my account -- the online order and the phone order. I called back and was directed to call later in the day when a manager arrived. I requested that they call back when the manager came in, but received no call. When I called back on Sunday the 8th (three days after the order), the next employee answered my request by saying, "I really don't have time for this now. Can you call this accounting number . . . ?" Nothing makes a pizza taste worse than horrible staff interactions. Gross! Neither the teen party scheduled for next week nor any of the years of guests ahead of us will get a Vocelli rec from us. read more

Now, I don't know what Dominoes tastes like in this area, but this pizza didn't taste anything like the Dominoes I am used to. We did dine in and there is a small eating area available. The person who took our order and served us was really friendly and polite. The pizza came out pretty fast, too. This place is amazing. We were looking for a place to eat something quick and did not really expect much from this place at all. What a pleasant surprize it was once the manager brought us the pizza. The wings were amazing and to top it off they honestly have the best garlic knots I've ever tasted.!!!!!!! I can tell the knots were fresh right out of the oven. My sister didn't really enjoy the chicken parm sandwich she ordered but I didn't taste it myself so I can't tell you. If you order garden salad make sure you tell them not to smother it in nasty cheese and read back the type of dressing or thy will ignore that you asked for Italian and give you nasty blue cheese. Ask what is in it. Pennsylvanians are famous for assuming everyone likes the same condiments and that condiments are actually part of the recipe. Garden salad means basic salad with basic lettuce tomato and basic basic stuff not some fake super salad with a couple handfuls of skank cheese overpowering the entire foil plate. There is a great place in east Stroudsburg area that delivers I just cant find it again. Process of elimination tells me vocellis is NOT it. One last thing. I ordered a LARGE pie and got something looking like a personal pizza. mini slices! large pie price. Thanks man, maybe I can sell you guys something too. Best buffalo chicken pizza in the Poconos! The Neapolitan size is a perfect amount of crust at the end. The colossal is a little thin for my taste but it is a LOT of pizza. Ordered pizza on my way home last Friday. I was told that it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. When i got there people were standing around waiting for their orders.There were orders on the counter getting cold and no one to deliver them.I was told my order would be ready in 6 min. So 1/2 hr later I asked where my pizza was, so apparently my pizza had to be re made because it didn't turn out good, but i was never told,so finally my pizza was ready.
