We obviously can't say with certainty that the subs were the cause, and I don't want to make an accusation we can't prove. However, the fact that we both experienced stomach issues after eating the same meal was concerning enough that I feel it's worth mentioning. Afterward, we took a closer look at what was left of the sandwiches, and the overall quality and freshness of some of the ingredients left us questioning what we had eaten. Unfortunately, between the chewy, stale-tasting bread, paper-thin toppings, complete lack of condiments and seasoning, and both of us feeling ill afterward, Gagliano's was a major disappointment. An Italian sub doesn't need to reinvent the wheel, but it should at least taste fresh and have some flavor flavor. Based on our experience, we wouldn't order from here again.
