In one word, horrible. Dough is underbaked, they cheap out on everything, not that they don't give enough because they do, the toppings themselves are poor quality. The cheese is gross, the sauce is also poor quality and has no flavor. As soon as we walked in we knew this was where we wanted to be! We were welcomed by the owners who were very helpful. Decided on a slice of NY style cheese and a slice of mushroom and onion while we we waited for our Italian sub. Sorry no pics of pizza but it was so good! The Italian sub was beyond what we expected. Haven't been here in a while. Very disappointing experience. Food quality has gone down as the prices have increased.

I went there at about 7 PM on a Wednesday night. I asked the employee behind the counter which sandwich was best - he recommended the meatball sub. It was prepared very quickly and was delicious - lots of sauce and melted cheese. As of January 2022, they have a more limited menu than they used to. Can I say that Steve C from Dingman's Fry PA--wherever that godforsaken place is--is a shill. Capri has a fantastic menu. Apart from the superb pizza and mouthwatering homemade Italian selections, the sleeper is the chicken wings....without question the best in the region and second place isn't even close. Don't be fooled. Ownership has changed in the last year or so. The pies are not the same delicious monster pies Joe would make! We called in our normal order and were quite surprised when we saw the skimpy toppings and burnt crust - yeah pizza crust does get some darker spots in areas but this was way beyond that. Of course, the pie cost a few dollars more than what Joe charged. The new owners introduced themselves - nice people, but the pie didnt stack up to the Capri pizza we knew and loved for like 20+ years. Just not the same w/o Joe. read more

The nicest guy ever. ...and he makes amazing pizza. We enjoyed the pizza, we enjoyed the conversation and he stopped to make every customer feel welcome. The owner is very polite and friendly. I just wish they were open more often. It seems that the times I'm craving pizza, they're closed. This was our first visit to Capri Pizza after an employee from Paradise Stream sent us here! We're glad he did. It was fantastic. He raved about how delicious and huge the pizza was. We're huge pizza fans so off we went for lunch. Super employees and excellent pizza. The pizza was super huge and absolutely yummy. The employees were awesome, too. Updated to say that the menu has been expanded. Their calzones are very tasty! But quality does seem to very depending on who is working.

Pizza was delicious. The sauce is so flavorful and rich.....better than most places. The cheese blend really compliments the sauce and the crust is not too thick, and was nice and crispy. Discovered this place while staying at Skytop Lodge for the weekend. We will be back! read more
