We just placed it on the plate, heated it up, and dinner is served. Reminder: The key to reheating any meal is not to nuke it but heat it like 2 minutes, then 30 seconds at a time until it is the temperature you like. The Caesar Salads were good as always. I personally use all my dressing, my better half, only about half of it. The Risotto Balls were surprisingly still very moist and cheesy after heating them up. Boy were they good. The Eggplant Rollatini app was totally enjoyed by the wife. She actually shared some with me this time. LOL The Chicken Parm is always amazing. This time was no different. I am not a big spaghetti fan unless its thin or angel hair. There was plenty of pasta and the chicken was still moist & tender. The Chicken Francese is always a favorite. I really like lemon so the lemon slices added were just what the doctor ordered. The chicken, again, was moist & tender with the pasta cooked al dente which made it great to heat up. Oh how I've missed you Chocolate Raspberry Lava Cake. It was ohhhhh soooooo goood. Last week the Lemon Mascarpone was absolutely moist and flavorful. I've said this before, if you have not tried the La Cucina di Lydia menu for $15 for a salad, appetizer and dinner (yes dessert is extra) you are "TOTALLY MISSING OUT" on a well prepared, perfectly cooked, just like mama made, delicious Italian meal. The price includes delivery and I have no problem adding a tip on for the delivery drivers, who are always punctual, polite and efficient. TRY THEM....IF YOUR NOT....YOU'RE MISSING OUT! Time to message them at https://www.facebook.com/lacucinadilydia and place our next order before the delivery schedule fills up! ENJOY

No other cater would help me, due to Covid and time frame. Pricing was great, food was excellent. This was not a pig roast, this was a semi formal wedding, under a tent. They came early to set up, they were great with all the extra sides I ordered, they transferred the food into my chafing trays, they served the food, from the buffet, and were very friendly with the guests. When the meal was over, they boxed up all the food and cleaned up and stored it in refrigerators in my garage. They saved the day (my wedding) . I highly recommend them

Slightly later than the expected 3:30. He more than made up for the timing! The food was delicious. The pig was amazing and the onsite grilling of the chicken was both entertaining and delicious. The sides, potatoe salad, mac and cheese, and baked beans were also great! I do give special kudos to the baked beans, the best I have ever had! Ed was a joy and incredibly attentive. I will be hiring them again and look forward to it. My only recommendation is be sure to have paper products and silverware. I am not sure Ed saw that I had it already or if he forgot to bring it. Either way it was a great experience and I highly highly recommend!

When you speak with her she explains all options well, and you can tell she is passionate about cooking and focused on making sure your results are excellent. The 3 types of salads (often left over at events) were a hit with bright, tasty veggies and nice combinations. The chicken with pancetta was great, and the 5 cheese mac and cheese was a big hit also. The beef brisket was also tasty, as were the rolls (did our own desserts/drinks). . We used another well-known local caterer a year earlier with mediocre results, much happier with Sumac.
