To that end, if you have a problem with either Dan or his staff, I would have to say that the problem is most likely with you. They couldn't be nicer, more courteous and helpful. While not the best food I have ever had (even for a breakfast buffet), the guy setting up was great, setting up the torches and hot trays and lining the counter with a plastic tarp, too. The man came back to clean up -- and with all of the leftover lox, fruit, bagels, muffins, etc. -- no trays/containers to take that back up to our desks since they had come in baskets + actual bowls, etc. that they had to take back. So we transferred that onto the plastic plates, but they'd be better off bringing extra aluminum trays next time rather than plastic bags. Will definitely ask them to bring extra metal trays next time for the cleanup.
