We had four courses -- peaches and burrata, tuna tartar, poached pear salad, steak and scallops, riosotto and mixed seasonal veg, and creme brulee. Each was better than the next. My sister actually said she wanted to "drink the brown sauce with a straw" -- it was that good! Chef James is incredibly professional and he left our kitchen spotless -- the same way he found it. Lastly, I come on this site and often see reviews regarding the personal nature of the proprietor of the business, which are sometimes so vicious and misplaced, it is not a mystery why the writers of South Park want to feed some of the members of this site what they want to feed them. To that end, if you have a problem with either Dan or his staff, I would have to say that the problem is most likely with you. They couldn't be nicer, more courteous and helpful. I know that sounds like a lot for serving somebody BBQ but those fairgrounds on a weekend can be a certified nuthouse. At no time did I see anyone lose their patience or desire to help the customers.
