No other cater would help me, due to Covid and time frame. Pricing was great, food was excellent. This was not a pig roast, this was a semi formal wedding, under a tent. They came early to set up, they were great with all the extra sides I ordered, they transferred the food into my chafing trays, they served the food, from the buffet, and were very friendly with the guests. When the meal was over, they boxed up all the food and cleaned up and stored it in refrigerators in my garage. They saved the day (my wedding) . I highly recommend them

Slightly later than the expected 3:30. He more than made up for the timing! The food was delicious. The pig was amazing and the onsite grilling of the chicken was both entertaining and delicious. The sides, potatoe salad, mac and cheese, and baked beans were also great! I do give special kudos to the baked beans, the best I have ever had! Ed was a joy and incredibly attentive. I will be hiring them again and look forward to it. My only recommendation is be sure to have paper products and silverware. I am not sure Ed saw that I had it already or if he forgot to bring it. Either way it was a great experience and I highly highly recommend!

Communication was good the entire time and they showed up when they said. Everything was cooked and ready when we wanted it. The set up was great, food was hot and the taste was great. We had BBQ ribs, pig roast, brisket, sausage, corn(full ears) baked beans, chicken wings, mac/cheese, and more. My daughter was told by a relative from Boston that the food was better than a $50K wedding she went to recently. Enough said, dont hesitate to use them.

The woman at the window made us feel like it was actually a sunny day...she was so upbeat, kind, and welcoming! She answered a question we had about a dietary restriction with ease and confirmed our whole order before we checked out. We ordered the garlic-parm fries, classic OG sliders, and mushroom sliders and every single thing was incredible. The fries were outstanding (served with fresh shaved parm cheese), burgers were packed with flavor, and the portobello mushroom sliders were honestly the best I've ever had. Between the outstanding food and top-tier service, this truck is a must-visit. 100% recommend!

We stayed in Room 10 which features a king size bed and a large soaking tub. The bed was comfortable, clean, and the bathroom was sizable. We always felt like there was a lot of space to unwind and relax when we were in our room. We were offered the Fall menu when we were there. On day 1 I had the apple crumble French toast (AMAZING) and I'm not even a big French toast guy. Your table has fresh orange juice, water, and coffee/tea when you come down and get seated. Loved this. On day 2 I had the traditional breakfast and enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was friendly and accommodating - as expected from a well run B&B. We were on site for a small gathering of gamer friends and so I also tried some of their offerings in the small cafe. I tried Italian wedding soup for lunch and got several hot tea drinks. All excellent. They have a small "snack room" near the main entrance that has popcorn, and water, coffee maker, and other small amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the most visitor-focused B&B we've had the pleasure of staying in. It sounds obvious to say that, but it his place really puts your money to work to make you enjoy your stay. Thank you!

The food was good but not great. The meat was SUPER tender, but lacked overall flavor and moisture which leads me to believe it was over smoked. The rub was relatively bland. I forgot to take pictures of most of the food because I was excited to eat lol but I got Mac and cheese, baked beans and potatoes for the sides. The meat I got 1lb pork, 1lb chicken, 1/2lb brisket, full rack of ribs. They were out of the cornbread, sausage and smoked wings. The sides were almost perfect. Definitely the best part. I'd rank the food like this.(I use 5 as average) Mac and cheese: 9.2, baked beans: 7.8, ribs: 7.8, pulled pork: 7.3 , brisket: 7.1, smoked chicken: 7, potato: 6.2. Definitely better than most of the local barbecue I've had. For 1lb of the chicken, pulled pork, 1/2 lb of brisket, full rack of ribs, large mac and cheese, medium beans, 2 potatoes it was a little over $99.

I got the Fried Chicken and Garlic Mashed Potatoes with free Cornbread (one protein, one side option). I almost didn't expect the chicken to be crispy since it was pre-made & in foil pans BUT I'm ok with that since I like KFC original (and we all know THAT'S not crispy). The chicken was super tender and super juicy but it seriously had no flavor other than salt. All I could taste was salt. There was nothing complex about the flavor at all. I was really disappointed. BUT I do applaud their Garlic Mashed Potatoes. That was delicious. With the gravy and all. Delicious! Lastly, please don't get me started on the Cornbread. Granted, it was free but that was the sorriest excuse for cornbread. Lord knows I eat almost anything but this wasn't it. And for $16? Nah.
