Gary is the only one that works on saxophones, so his list can get pretty long, especially during the summer months when school is out. However, he always does his best to fit you in and work with your schedule. The work he does is fantastic! He's put some new pads on with the kangaroo skin he works with and recently did an overhaul of the right hand and I've noticed such a huge difference in my ease of playing the low notes. I kept thinking it was me the whole time until he fixed it up and now I'm playing great! No need for an appointment, you can just show up with your instrument. If you are on a deadline though, I would call to see how his list is looking and why your projected turnaround time is.
