This is hands down the best Guitar Center I've ever been to... and I've been to many over the…read moreyears. I bought a guitar from a Guitar Center in California that was pictured with a tremolo bar, but it didn't ship with one. The original store said they'd send it, but it never showed up. What truly impressed me was how this location handled it. Holden and Steve were absolutely outstanding. Even though the issue wasn't their fault in the slightest, they were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic. They didn't brush me off or make excuses--instead, they went all out, searching high and low through the store to find a tremolo bar that would fit my Jazzmaster. When they ultimately couldn't find a compatible one, they made it right by giving me a $30 store credit to cover the cost. That kind of ownership, effort, and customer care is rare these days. Holden and Steve represent customer service at its absolute best. Because of them, this location has earned my loyalty, and I'll be coming back here for all my future music needs. Highly recommend this Guitar Center, especially if you're lucky enough to work with them. Thank you Holden and Steve!

Ken is absolutely the best vocal coach I have ever worked with. The amount of progress I have seen…read moresince beginning lessons with him is exponentially better than any other experience I have had. My background...I am a full time musician/vocalist for a featured show at one of Orlando's major theme parks as well as for production companies in the area, performing a minimum of 5 days a week year-round. I have worked with various coaches throughout the years. I came across Ken via Brett Manning's site, and after being a student of both Singing Success and Mastering Mix, I had very high hopes and expectations. I have been blown away with the efficient pacing of lessons, the unique customizing to my learning style and performance needs, and, most importantly, the results. I have experienced much improved tone, more balance throughout my range, and recognition of the improvements from other performers and guests. I cannot recommend Ken Taylor enough, via the web or word of mouth. His prices are excellent (especially compared to other Orlando instructors) and his commitment to vocal training and education shows up in my results.

I liked how he was flexible with scheduling and had the ability to do Skype lessons if we weren't able to travel to his studio. Calling Amanda Pogach for piano lessons was one of my best recent decisions. As a middle-aged man…read morewith no prior musical training and uncertain talent, I was hesitant. I wanted to be able to play fun tunes on the keyboard for friends at parties and in particular I wanted to be able to play a jazzy version of Happy Birthday for my wife's upcoming birthday. I took the plunge and am glad I did. After a year and half of lessons, I can read music and play at least two dozen short, popular tunes, some of them beyond beginner level. More important, I am now able to pick up music that interests me and easily get started on learning to play it... and, these days, when I listen to music, I can relate to it in a more insightful way than I ever have before. Lessons with Amanda are well-structured, rigorous and fun. We initially spent several sessions on reading music and on foundational topics like rhythm, pitch, intervals, scales and chords. I was a bit impatient at the time, but I understand now how Amanda brought it all together to give me a solid base from which to learn more advanced topics and tunes. Amanda is good with technology. After our first several sessions in her studio, our lessons have mostly been by Skype. Whether she is away on holiday or at her studio, and whether I am at home or traveling to other cities on projects, a portable keyboard, inexpensive webcam, laptop and internet connectivity are enough for lessons to take place seamlessly. I have found learning this way to be very effective. I can see and hear Amanda. She can hear me play, and in particular, can see my fingers on the keyboard. When I need to see her keyboard fingering technique, she simply points her camera to her hands. Amanda's musical education and her practical experience as a professional soprano make her a qualified (and fun) teacher. I am happy with my lessons and am glad to be learning from her. I recommend Amanda Pogach wholeheartedly, I wish you good luck as you begin your own musical journey.

One and a half years ago I called Amanda with no musical experience (other than some singing in the…read moreshower) and a desire to learn more about my own voice. When I met with Amanda, she was very open and made me feel at ease about my relative lack of singing knowledge. We started working on the very basics of singing and have been progressing to increasingly difficult skills over time. She has been quite lovely about helping me to grow at my own pace--encouraging me when I needed it and pushing me when she saw that I could go further. Along the way, I decided that I would try my hand at auditioning for bands in the tri state area. After 3 months of lessons, I auditioned and booked my first job as a singer! Since that time, I've continued to grow in my ability to sing freely with greater range, improved tone, and an increasing amount of confidence. Vocal lessons with Amanda are both fun and focused. Because I was a beginner, my first several sessions began with learning about posture, breath support, and some simple vocal exercises. Since that time, the vocal exercises have gotten progressively more challenging and are focused on the areas of my singing that could use strengthening or expanding. Although we work quite hard, we also laugh quite a bit which makes it easy to keep coming back! I've really enjoyed the structure of each individual lesson as well. Lessons start with vocal exercises/instruction and then move to singing any song that you choose. It's a wonderful way to get a vocal foundation while also getting to practice the things that you are learning with songs that you love! Lessons with Amanda are also quite accessible. I've been able to get appointment times that allow me to accommodate the other parts of my life, and I've also been able to do lessons via Skype. As I intermittently travel for work, this has been especially helpful! If you're looking for voice lessons from a caring, competent teacher who can help you grow by leaps and bounds, then I would definitely recommend contacting Amanda. You won't regret it! :-)

I started the process months ago by emailing back and forth with Sam and phone calls with Matt - to better understand the Plek machines and determine if it would be a good fit for my boyfriend's 50th birthday gift. I was met with the epitome of professionalism, knowledge, kindness and guidance. They understood I was hoping to make it a stellar birthday for my fella and went above and beyond in making that a reality. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with warmth by everyone - handshakes and smiles. After a two hour drive from home, that's a great way to begin! The shop / store / vault / "playrooms" (as I'm calling them) are well thought out, and welcoming to the public. My fella definitely wanted to have the full experience so we planned for at least 3-4 hours onsite - we spent over 6.5 hours and there was still more to experience. The shop was incredibly clean. Everyone was informational on all fronts - happy for us to be engaged in the full experience - including explanation of the processes occurring inside the Plek machines. We brought 6 guitars and 5 were evaluated; three of those run through the full blown "plek'ing" process. My guy was able to pull guitars off the wall and play at his leisure. We were offered a tour and they often made sure we had a water, etc. I can never say enough good things about Corzic Music and the folks running that well-oiled ship. We will absolutely be back. Can't recommend enough!
