They always nail it when it comes to my hands and feet and they know the type of colors I like so they always make suggestions, which is great because it makes you feel like they actually pay attention to what their customers enjoy! DIP NAILS are AMAZING! Lasted me a month and still looked good when I went in for my 4weeks appt. Kathy is amazing! She takes her time to make sure your eyebrows are shaped correctly and takes out just what is needed to give you the right shape for your face! Customer service I must give them two thumbs up, they are always willing to work with my crazy schedule since I call about 100x to reschedule my appts. They are very well presented, the location is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and always smiling. They always want to make sure you are satisfied with your service. I always leave Kathy's flaunting my nails and brows! Things to keep in mind; Kathy does not take appts for eyebrows service, it is first come first serve which you have to put ur name on a list. The last couple of times I came here, I had another lady do my nails and felt alright with the finished products but the lady I had today was so detailed and made sure I approved of the shape, length and paint job ( don't be afraid to be comfortable with your nail tech and let them know if you don't like certain things! But with Deena, my nails are so healthy and strong from going the past couple of years. I love her new Dazzle Dry gel nail system that doesn't use UV lights. Deena is definitely worth the task of having to make an appointment instead of just walking in somewhere. Her products are top of the line and she uses products that are healthy and functional.

The salon is clean, and Tommie was very polite & friendly. But unfortunately within a couple of days I noticed lifting at the edges, and hairs were "catching" while washing my hair. I let the salon know right away and Tommy had me come back in a few days later. I was reassured everything was sealed properly and I was good to go. Two weeks later when I had the dip removed at another salon, severe lifting/separation of my natural nail beds was revealed on all ten nails--one of the worst cases the removing tech said she'd seen from a single dip manicure. My nails will take many months to grow out fully healthy again. I'm mostly sharing this because I'm disappointed and a little heartbroken--and I'd hate for anyone else to go through the same lengthy recovery.

When we first walked in, Lucy made us feel very welcomed and at ease. You are the only person there and all the attention is focused on you. Her attention to detail is amazing, as I was getting a more complicated design. She has a lot of patience and wanted to get the design just right and make sure I was happy without rushing. I already booked my refill with the same nail design even before I left Lucy's place for a refill for for my gel-x tips and design.
