I've ordered: The Whale (coconut milk), Crème Brûlée Taro Milk tea (asked to add Boba) and Creme brûlée Matcha milk tea (asked to add Boba). I like how you can ask to adjust the sugar levels and how much ice you would like in the drinks. I enjoyed "The Whale" drink the most it was creamy and refreshing at the same time with pretty blue coloring, coconut milk with peach jelly and perfectly sweetened. Definitely going to go back to try other drinks.

I think the girls up front are very patient, accommodating, and try their best to meet the needs of their customers. I've seen some very rude customers at this gong cha and I think these girls handle the situation in a composed and respectful manner. I love coming to this Gong Cha because the tea always taste fresh and the proportions are perfect. I prefer drinks that are not overly sweet and they do it just right. My go to drinks are passion fruit green tea, jasmine milk tea, oolong milk tea, lychee slush, anything with yakult, and anything from their milk foam series. The milk foam is creamy and just melts in your mouth. My favorite toppings are the bubbles and lychee jelly. One of my pet peeves is having mushy toppings but their toppings are the perfect consistency and compliments the drinks very well. Atmosphere is nice and clean but one down side is they don't have a seating area. Also, they always have some sort of promotion going on so make sure to look out for that. It's always a good deal. There are some cute merch items as well! Overall, a solid bubble tea shop that tastes better than most bubble tea places in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Have to say sometimes you can judge a book by its cover... a friend stopped in to pick up a drink…read moreand I was game to try a new place for bubble tea. I told him I love Jasmine Peach tea with lychee boba not too sweet, less ice. I just wanted a medium size. He calls me to say they do not have Jasmine just regular peach tea and no lychee boba but Kanton jelly. I was game and agreed sight unseen and no menu in front of me. He came back and I first inspected the packaging of cup, quite nice. The packaged straw looked very thin to capture boba. I took the plastic cover off and opened seal and it looked like peach oolong tea. I took one sip and boy you could tell the look of DISAPPOINTMENT on my face.. just sorry to say, awful. The straw was paper thin and I could not capture the jelly, I took a fork to the bottom of my cup and saw " worm like jelly". How a paper thin straw could capture long pieces of jelly is beyond me. The plastic dome, once I took off, couldn't be put back properly. I could not believe that this "large " drink cost $10. A complete and utter rip off. Sorry to say, I will not be a future patron. There are so many fantastic bubble tea with less fancy packaging.

I like their sweet potato fries and fried shrimp lollipop too. The purple crepe cake for dessert is very filling, and I tend to get this here since lots of places don't sell this. The star of the show: purple yam souffle with vanilla ice cream is chefs kiss!! I thought I couldn't like any dessert more than their chocolate molten lava cake but this one definitely takes the spot. Top two desserts they have! Even when I had lava cakes at fancy establishments, it doesn't hold a candle to prince tea house! Their crepe cakes are also alright but I've found the to be less unique and enjoyable especially the brown sugar boba which sometimes comes out in clumps hard to pour onto the cake. Their food selection is decent for sandwiches like chicken katsu and also fries. Their fruity teas aren't my style but their hot milk teas are amazing. The lavender green tea was more green tea which was disappointing, hoped to taste more lavender. The best one is the rose lovers milk tea, literally perfection each time. Unfortunately, this place may no longer be my usual. My favorite part of this place is that the serves don't really care about you in the sense that the bring you food and leave you alone. However, they now impose mandatory 20% tip on all tables even for table of 1 or 2. This location only. As someone who realizes the servers here simply bring food and nothing else here (which I actually love as I don't like to be bothered) but expect a high mandatory tip, this is not the way to go. Especially since there have been numerous occasions where servers are nowhere to be seen and refuse to service you for something as simple as napkins or a check if they're not your server, this is an absurd addition. Definitely visiting less now that this happened. The most bothersome is that it's mandatory. Doesn't seem right/ethical and makes it feel less genuine. Had the pleasure of visiting other prince tea house locations and the service seems better, even water without asking, surprising cash discount, and most importantly: don't impose this mandatory tip! Not sure what changed here but not what it used to be with this and it needs to change. TDLR: -best options here: rose lovers milk teas, chocolate lava cake, purple yam soufflé -major con: new mandated 20% tip!! on all tables, even table of 1 or 2, which is unheard of at other prince tea house locations and even fancy restaurants!
