Don't know where everybody went or what they got going on across the street but whatever it is....maybe it's how the rice gets done with a scoop and looks more organized on your plate...whatever it is y'all go ahead. Habaneros, go in there and ill 5 * guarantee it. The people are genuine. I can go in, sit down, place my order, they don't care about how you dress and are always respectful. Seriously I bet you if you went in with no pants on and lit a firecracker...soon as you're done actin foolish they'd still hand you a menu. Some of these dudes have been there like a decade +. Theres no one else in town with that dedication. All those years handling the drunken yells and fielding phone calls from the entire population of Thomson on a weekend 2 minutes before closing time. My God! Bless them! Then.....Singing happy birthday 18 times a week. No matter, no complaints. don't care about your drama or who voted Obama. You come with nonsense fine, but I guarantee you if you walk in there before you can ask they will have you seated. I never once had a bad time. Before you realize you need a refill bam! Refill. Then let's say they got your order wrong when you called in. No problem, Bam! Then they even apologize for your mistake. Consistently awesome. Never called once where they didn't answer the phone. Maybe one other business in town has done that and I promise you, promise you they have the ears of a veteran service dog. You can have wrestling on, kids fighting over who gets the tablet next, a freakin band concert. You say your order one time....one time..... no matter what they got you. And if and I mean if they make you repeat it, they just do it because they know instinctively what you said wasn't you meant. That's just them allowing you to fix what you said. Anyways, awesome drinks. Great owners, tremendous wait staff, and the foods pretty good too. So yeh, that's a 10. Keep it up guys, y'all are a much needed restaurant in this town

I tried the fajitas with rice and beans, and I also tried the fried ice cream. Let me tell you that was the best combination ever. And it's not often I do try fried ice cream, but I like this one particularly it had the crunchiness and the softness of the food and I loved every bit of it.And also, the chips and queso were the chef's kiss. I have no complaints about this place. I cannot wait to come back here again. And this time I'm bringing friends and my boyfriend. So if you have not tried this place yet, I encourage you to I have to say in all Evans so far they have the best Mexican food ever.

The food is consistently delicious, and it's always a great place for a family meal. This time, I ordered the Fajita Trio and paired it with a Mango Chamoy margarita--both were absolutely amazing! The fajitas were packed with flavor, and the margarita had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a little kick from the chamoy. I will say that this time, the fajitas weren't sizzling when they arrived at the table. They were warm but not hot, which was a little surprising (and yes, I know the water-on-the-skillet trick). Thankfully, this didn't take away from how tasty the dish was. The service was great as always, and the atmosphere feels like home every time we go. If you're in the Evans area, Salsa's is definitely worth a visit!

The wait to order was around 30 minutes with another 40 before we got our food. The food was less than fresh - very greasy and unfortunately nearly inedible. The only saving grace was the guacamole casero and the elote. The margaritas are pretty good too! The place has certainly gotten bigger - way more than enough seating. Unfortunately, I don't think they have the staff for it. There also is an out door patio!

Absolutely heinous that I got a 5in bag of chip crumbs for my purchase of 2 entrees & 2 dips... when I asked the server for another bag of chips for my Togo order she said they couldn't do that and then walked away. Will never order to go from here again. Eating in person is hit or miss, service wise they are sometimes attentive, sometimes act like they have better things to do than wait tables.

There was lots to choose from, and the mango alcoholic drink that's in the picture was so freaking delicious, lol. I forgot the name. We ordered and didn't have to wait too long for our food. Everything was yummy and tasty. It cooked perfect. I ordered the chilaquiles, which normally has an egg and steak in it, but here they don't and charge you for them, which to me is ridiculous. It was ok, but I'm not a fan of it being small. The waitress did forget my esquite, but we just got it to go, so no worries. We had a great experience and wouldn't mind coming back, especially for that mango beverage.

It is a pretty big space with tables and booths, we went around 3pm on a Sunday and they was a consistent busy crowd to come in and out. They have hot food and cold snacks like ice cream, mangonadas; etc. and 2 areas you can order from for each of those. The manager/owner gentleman that was there was super friendly, helped us fix our order when they made a mistake checking us out. I have no complaints about the customer service here. For drinks we got the Medium strawberry agua fresca ($6.50) with boba ($0.96) and a Medium horchata ($5.95). For food we got the steak quesadilla ($11.75), tacos al pastor ($12.22) and a queso ($3.25). I took 1 star off because of two things: - the queso was SO watery, we didn't even finish it lol very underwhelming - for 2 meals, 2 drinks & queso it was ~$40.00, I'm from TX and that just seems like highway robbery I'm glad that I got a chance to try them out, I will probably only come here for a snack every once in a while if those prices aren't as high.
