We were delighted with our server who admitted that she was new . Yes, things were not perfect but no one suffered . As usual, food presentation was as expected. The noise level was tolerable except for the nearby birthday celebration awarded to those who qualify. Our entree was unbelievable. It was for 2 but enough for 3.

We use to come here all the time and was our go-to spot for Mexican food before venturing out to all the other spots around the city. 10 years ago I would have given this place 5 stars but since finding out most places are better I can't say this is not a good spot but it's not the greatest. Food was ok, no complaints but again I would go to any of the other spots nearby if I'm in the mood for good Mexican food. I always love the chips and salsa at most places but this salsa was spicy, definitely not something my kids would eat had they been with my wife and I. For a place called Salsas it doesn't have a strong salsa game. We always get queso dip wherever we goand this was almost store bought quality, nothing special. I ordered a bud light and it tasted nothing like it, even though I was assured it was "fresh". I was given a different beer at least, our server was great and probably the best part of the experience during the meal was her hospitality. The scenery inside is nice at least, it's not very open so you feel you have some privacy at your table without seeing what's going on around the whole restaurant as many other places do, which is good if you are wanting to hang out and conversate. Good specials throughout the week so if you do stop by be sure to save yourself a few bucks on a good variety of options.

I went to Salsa's with my family while visiting for Christmas. We came during lunch time on Christmas Eve. It wasn't many people there, so I knew our food would come quick. The Parking: Free parking with its own lot. The Service: The staff was very friendly. The Atmosphere: It was your typical Mexican restaurant. Good Latin music as you dine. There are also some televisions that show games, etc. The Food: For drinks, I ordered the small $2 frozen margarita, DELISHHHHH & honestly just enough. For my meal, I ordered the trio fajita with steak, shrimp, & chicken ($11.95). Very good! I'm from Augusta, so I've been to Salsa's several times in high school, but not so much as an adult, so it was refreshing and nostalgic eating here and the food is still good! Overall, I enjoyed my experience and of course, I'll definitely return.

Our server Louie was fabulous he gave excellent recommendations that turned out to be awesome. The music was awesome and at a low level to enjoy conversation. The shrimp burrito was succulent and delicious. The beans and rice was fabulous. I would recommend it because the margaritas are fabulous.

Ambience. B Service. A Food. A Price. A Found off busy Bobby Jones expressway. Private parking lot all Around standalone building and can get very busy. Be creative. Walking in is host for seating. Can be a wait if crowded. Server was friendly and helped with deciding drinks and dishes. Lots of titles written in español. Just read the descriptions on big book menu. We were offered our complimentary salsa and chips. Fiend ordered chicken quesadilla with beans and rice. All was served on HOT plate and moist chicken and delish rice and beans. I ordered the NEW tropical ceviche of mixed fish and shrimp with pineapples and mangoes and onions and peppers and cilantro. Delicious and refreshing! Made a perfect light small dish for dinner for me accompanied with saladitas and using my dress salsa and chips. It's been years since I've been here. ..relationships have and grown and broken up here. Today.:.I'm a fan!!! Heh

The food was well seasoned and just packed full of flavor. I will say that the beans and rice were cold, so they weren't as enjoyable but still tasted good. I did sit outside on a windy day, but I didn't necessarily mind because we got to order pretty quickly. I will say the servers were as quick as possible considering we went when it was busy. Would I go back again yes, but hopefully the food will be warmer.

And my Carnitas plate was tender and delicious. The menu is wonderful; great selection of food and beverages. My wife enjoyed her Texas Margarita with Tanjin rim. The restaurant has an authentic feel with Dia de los Muertos paintings, booths and tables for larger parties. Our server was warm and welcoming, answering our questions and bringing us samples of the pasta soup. Overall, I cannot say enough about Looks Tacos; a truly satisfying dining experience! Apparently, in addition to the location on Washington Road, they have another, larger location on Boyscout road with Draft Beer and a Frozen Margarita Machine... We cannot wait to check it out.

To be expected, I suppose. I was able to be seated quickly (wherever I wanted). Chips and salsa were good. I saw outside they had al pastor, so I decided to order a taco. It was delicious. The fajita quesadilla was pretty good as well. I did not like the beans. I had ordered a margarita, reluctantly because there wasn't a price on the menu. It didn't come right away, so I think my server forgot to put it in. I saw her look and remember and it came with my meal. I could've done without it. Come to find out, it was as much money as my quesadilla ($13!!!) not worth the price. Not sure if they have drink specials certain days. Definitely ask. As I was eating, a gal came in, they set up a speaker and microphone and she started singing songs in Spanish. It was a fun treat, though I only understood some of what she sang. She had a pretty good voice. Definitely wasn't expecting the entertainment, but at least she sounded alright.
