Chris, at Progressive Computer Solutions, received it Thursday around 2pm, called me Friday to say he could see some files but there was damage to the drive. He said it would be $1000 to recover pictures, and $600 if I had the pictures recovered and I traded in my computer to him. I was so upset, I decided to wait and get a second opinion. I was sure he was being honest so I waited months to have the extra $600 to spend on my computer when I finally brought it into someone else. I ended up going to Experimac, THEY CHARGED ME $54. $54 to do what this guy said would be $600 if I traded in my computer, so please don't bother with this guy, go somewhere else he's a scam artist. I waited over 6 months before getting a second opinion, not even considering he might be lying to me. When they told me $54 at the other place I cried.

I couldn't be happier with a business than I am with BA Printer Service. My hp printer was…read morespeckling blue ink all over my printed pages, and I did some amateur troubleshooting online. It said to replace my printer cartridge, because it was leaking. After I did this, my printer didn't work. Office Max couldn't help me at all. I went to Best Buy - and they do not fix printers, but told me that mine was toast and tried to sell me a new printer. My printer is a color laser printer that is barely 2 years old. I looked online and found BA Printer Service, and the owner, Bob, knew right away what the problem was. Hp does automatic updates and when I changed my blue ink, it updated the machine and kicked out my 3rd party ink cartridges that I had in there. All I needed were new hp brand printer cartridges and I'd be ready to go! Best Buy's Geek Squad WERE USELESS! But, Bob knew immediately! I bought new hp brand printer cartridges, and my machine is like new! Also, Bob is the nicest guy you could ever meet. I wish him continued success in his business and glad he's there for our community. He did!'t even charge me for his brilliant diagnostics! If I were him, I'd change the name of the business to Bob's Printer Service, it's catchier and says it all. Not sure what BA means, maybe his initials. "Bob's" is better.
