They gave clear explanations about what the options might be and about the costs. Nate himself came out and chatted with me about the repairs and explained that past a certain point it wouldn't make sense to fix it. In the end he was able to make the repairs and the price he charged was very reasonable. I really appreciated the high level of professionalism, as well as how pleasant everyone was when I stopped in for drop off and pickup. I haven't used them for any other services but based on the experience that I have, I would recommend giving them a try.

The worst part of the deal is; is that the technicians knew that the screens sucked from previous complaints. They advised me that it was the only iPhone 7 screen they had left and that's why they installed it. Anyway to make my rant longer they agreed to replace my screen with a better quality screen once they are in stock which is fine except for the fact that I have to take time out of my busy day to do it. Communication is key in all service based businesses. Could have saved everyone time and money, honext time. So, I went back this morning to have the screen replaced as previously stated and everything went great. They made good on their promise and then some. They replaced my screen and threw in a complimentary screen protector and discounted my previous bill. Accordingly, I'm updating my stars to 4.5 as the overall experience was very professional and fast. At the end of the day I will use their services in the future; any business can have an imperfect day as long as they implement real time corrections to the customer as was done here.
