After we renewed I never heard a word from her and Jim, our account manager, was of 0 assistance the one time I called him in June. Tried to contact Cheryl June 2025 too with no response. March 2026 they finally sent me one report. We were supposed to have calls quarterly. Of course that never happened. Suddenly when you're up for renewal though, the sales team will harass you. Cheryl was creating fake phone numbers and blocking her number to call me. What in the world? I almost reporter her to the police because as soon as I'd block her number she would call from another. Finding area codes that matched mine to try to trick me. I told them multiple times I would reach out when ready to renew and she continued to harass me. Even when I told her we were not interested, she STILL continued emailing.
