Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to finding the right fit--not just filling a role--truly set her apart. I have tried contacting multiple people at this agency by phone and text, yet I rarely receive a…read moreresponse. When I have managed to get someone on the phone, I was told to use the app and show interest in the jobs that are posted. I have done exactly that several times, but weeks go by without a single text, call, or follow-up. It has now been over a month, and I still have yet to receive any response. Eventually, the job posting just disappears, and the same cycle repeats over and over. To make matters worse, even when you comment and they give you a phone number that the agency provides in the comment section of the job posting, it does not help whatsoever. There is still no response, no follow-up, and no communication. This has become extremely frustrating and exhausting. It's honestly hard to understand how this agency continues to operate with such poor communication and lack of follow-through. This level of unprofessionalism is exactly why people struggle to take staffing agencies seriously. If you expect people to take the opportunities you provide seriously, then your agency should also take its responsibility to communicate with applicants seriously. If you're looking for a solid job or a staffing agency that is actually persistent and communicates with its applicants, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, the energy, and the frustration. Based on my experience, this agency has consistently failed to communicate or follow through. **The reviews are very bad **
