I replied neither. let her know my lower back was compromised and instead wanted my shoulders worked and my neck the most. all in all, the shoulders and neck were barely worked on, and whatever was done to my lower back, caused knots that im needing addressed somewhere else. it was the strangest experience and being asked constantly if the pressure was right, and not addressing my main concerns. She wanted me to get totally naked but did a horrible job of describing what to leave on/remove, so she kept coming back in and asking that I remove more and more. She also did not leave the room when I removed my underwear...strange. She left the room FOUR times to tend to other customers (bell on door indicated when someone came in) and the door was NEVER 100% closed which was especially unfortunate since I was completely (not a stitch) naked and there was no sheet/draping/etc. She also answered her cell phone and talked loudly for about 2 minutes (I'm guessing calling for backup since the waiting room was filling up) So, once my "relaxing treat" had come to a close, she hustled me over (NAKED!!) to the table where my credit slip and card were (she ran it before service), picked up my card and said "20?" I of course assumed she meant 20%, which was approx. 5% more than I was planning even though it is the holidays AND I'm typically an over-tipper. I kind of half-smiled and said "um, how bout $7" "WHAT 7 DOLLAR!! NO NO, FOR GOOD MASSAGE YOU TIP 20 or 30 dollar" I calmly explained that the massage was actually only 48 minutes (not even including her frequent exits) and that I certainly wouldn't be tipping 50%. She was seriously pissed. Argued with me for 5 minutes. And then, had the effing nerve to say "hurry, hurry, other customers!!" Oh also, I'm still naked. I told her I would give her cash after and asked her to please let me change. She peeked back in mid-change to see if I'd decided on a tip. This is not a joke. When I got to the front, I tossed her $7 which was met with the most rude, ungrateful, "are you kidding me look" I've ever seen (no surprise I'm sure, she counted the cash right in front of me. The other two (manager-seeming) people there were nice and somewhat apologized but also spoke ZERO English. Oh, she also came back out (while she was supposed to be massaging someone else) and said "oh it's ok" as if to imply that she was now good with her 15% tip. Sorry for the long review, so annoying. JUST DON'T GO
