Also, every time I have had a service, after the consult, I get on the table for the service, and wait and wait before the technician comes back in. More time ticking. It shouldn't take that long for the person to knock and come back in. (It takes less than 15 seconds really to remove a robe and get settled on the table, not two minutes). Alos, the price points keep creepy higher and higher. It is getting a little out of control and soon might be inaccessible. I would like to keep coming here so please re-evaluate the very high price points.
