The front office is very small (only four chairs for patients to sit and wait) but it's organized and they have a nice water fountain for patrons. The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Being a new customer, I had some paperwork to fill out but nothing out of the ordinary. Dr. Julie Miranda was very professional and straightforward. She examined my spine and was kind enough to explain what happens when disks become unaligned. I'm supposed to go back to have my spine readjusted so this problem doesn't keep occurring. The massage therapist was 30 minutes late because she thought my appointment was at 11am. She and the lady at the front desk were apologetic (thankfully I wasn't on a time crunch). This was my first massage ever and a wonderful experience. It was so relaxing and calming, I truly thought I was going to fall asleep. The therapist made me feel comfortable and worked out all the kinks in my shoulder.
