After trying the one in Vegas back in September 2025, I have been on the hunt for a Salt Room in LA…read moreto no avail:( ...And much to my surprise, one popped up while I was in Orlando for an event! I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. Check out their website. *Plenty of free parking in the lot behind the building ~ and that's all I have to say about that...

After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. I really want to bring my son back here soon to try that with him.

I was told that my very well behaved 9 year old would not be welcome outside of a small toddler room. My daughter also has an auto immune disorder and is not able to play with the toys in a child's room which was explained. I also explained that we would like to sit in a more relaxing chair than what was provided in the toddler room. I asked to speak with a super visor but conveniently one was not available nor was contact info able to be provided. This is our first visit in Wesley chapel but by no means our first visit to a salt room. We have never had this problem before. It's sad to know that well behaved children are looked upon differently and that no exceptions can be made. She has traveled the world and is extremely well behaved.

If you are looking for a local life changing place, you will find it here at The Salt Room!…read more For quite some time I have been reading about Salt room therapy. This is also called halotherapy. It helps with respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, upper respiratory infections, anxiety, and many other things. I first came here a while back but became more regular here in October when I first had the flu. I was surprised that my congestion and coughing was shortened quite a bit. It was life changing. I used it for about 2.5 weeks and went about 4 out of 7 days per week. It's a salt breathing therapy for 45 minutes each session. This past December I went about 4-5 days a week each week. I had an ongoing cough and congestion when I visited up north and felt 35 degree weather. I love coming here and it's not a feeling that you feel immediately. It takes time but it's quite relieving, restful and relaxing. Everyone working here is a gem. It's like you are invited in their home and you feel at home, and you know you will come out feeling relaxed and feeling better. I am so happy that I know this is here! They also have a children's room for the salt therapy where it's a play room. They have massages, facials, acupuncture, organic hair services. What a great local business!!!

I have been recommended the Salt Room twice by friends and figured it was time to go by and try it…read moreout since both my boys have lingering coughs and "junk" from being sick last week. I was able to book same day for the kids room for both of my kiddos and I have to say it was a great experience. We felt super welcomed by the staff and the owner, Felicia. The kids room is filled with toys and books for the kids to play with but honestly they are so in awe of the salt that's all they wanted to play with when we had our session. It was really cool. The kids really loved the experience and even begged to go back as soon as we were done. I do want to return and get a couples massage with my husband in the future. They even do salt during massage sessions and I heard it's lovely. We are still waiting on the benefits of the experience as both my kids are still battling their coughs but I am sure we would see a difference after a few sessions. We shall return :)

During my salt session I could immediately feel my sinuses opening up and my head unclogging. The blankets and chairs in the salt room were so comfortable and soothing. After my session I was introduced to Felicia the owner. What a gem of a human. She is not only passionate about creating a great space for her customers I noticed how kind she also was to her staff. I did not have the time to try the infrared sauna or a massage session but I'll definitely be back. Oh, and I look forward to doing a salt yoga session if I'm ever in town on a Thursday night. All in all a great experience.

First off, the salt room is located inside the St. Luke's Health and Wellness Center. There is parking in the front, on the side and in the back. I suggest parking in the back as the salt room is closer to the back door. Upon entering, it looks like a very nice spa-like atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed and filled out my paperwork. I made a kids appointment for my son which comes with the complementary parent session- you get to go in with your kid. You can put your belongings in a provided locker, or they provided me a ziplock baggie for my things so they don't get covered in salt. She even gave me a separate baggie for my phone so I could use it while I was in there. The kid room we went into was small, has lots of toys, and 2 adult chairs along with a kiddie table/chairs. Tissues are provided as the salt acts as an expectorant. No shoes on the salt. They give you booties to go over your shoes. When you're ready, they turn on your salt fan and it blows salt into the air for you to breathe in. My ears were blocked when we started and they unblocked about 3/4 through our session. You do get salt on you. It's white salt. Bring a change of clothes if you're not cool with that. There are some circumstances when you should NOT use a salt room, so look that up prior to going. We will definitely be back!! Oh! And don't be like me and wear black pants.
