I usually leave massages disappointed by the lack of pressure since I'm so tiny but Heather knew exactly how much pressure to use! I was so happy. It takes a lot for me to relax in situations like this but by the end of the massage I was so relaxed I found myself dozing off to sleep. I had a great experience! Highly recommend Heather's services and I look forward to my next visit.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The entire time, they kept trying to upsell services…read moreduring the massage and would not stop, which completely ruined any chance of relaxing. My husband specifically booked a back-only massage because he does not like his feet being touched, and they repeatedly ignored that and kept touching his feet anyway just to push upgrades. As for my massage, I told the therapist multiple times that the pressure was too hard, and they completely ignored me. I was uncomfortable and in pain the entire session. When my time was up, instead of ending professionally, I was asked if I wanted to continue. When I said no, I was given a hard slap on the back and a rude "time's up." This was, without question, the worst massage I've ever had. I am still in pain days later -- it honestly feels like I got hit in the lower back with a 2x4. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A fair place to get a massage in the Florida Mall but they will try to upcharge you on the table…read more This is located inside the Florida Mall along the hallway to the Crayola experience. It was not busy when I visited and they had a person in the entrance inviting people in for a massage. It is well appointed and looks very nice. It had stone walls, wood floor, red paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling, and pretty artwork on the walls. There are chairs for foot massage along the right, enclosed spaces for table massage and sit up chairs in the center spaces. It was not busy with customers. There were 3 staff available. I chose a 30 min table massage. The massage was rougher than I am used to and I am not a fan of them trying to increase your length of time and cost while I was getting the massage. They asked 3 times but finally accepted that I did not want more than my agreed upon time. The place was clean. The staff was friendly but pushy. The massage was rough but acceptable. The price was a little higher than other massage locations but reasonable at about $40 for a 1/2 hour.

5 Stars for a really great in-home massage gift…read more What do you get someone who orders whatever he wants on Amazon before you get a chance? You surprise him by ordering a masseuse to come to the house, set up a spa environment in the living room, and give him a satisfying massage. I knew of FeelXtra but had never ordered a service before. I used the website to book the masseuse and it was very easy. You'll input your CC info (they won't use it, as you'll be invoiced after the massage through an email), and can pick the gender of your masseuse (very appreciated). You're asked to fill out a health history form, and you get a confirmation email. Very professional and easy to use. The masseuse arrived and set up the table. She also asked about oil scent preference and had nice spa music playing. I was told the massage was good and it was nice not to have to worry about paying at the moment. Overall, I would definitely use this service again. It's a great gift and also a really wonderful way to treat yourself without having to leave home. Super convenient!
