First, I want to say we are very experienced in receiving massages. We're even members at a spa at home, so we get massages regularly. With that said, my husband & I are in agreement that this was the best massage we've ever had!! Our masseuses were Cici & Oxana. They were fantastic! We both walked away so relaxed & refreshed. After a day at an amusement park, they are exactly what the doctor ordered!!! Thank you ladies!! Oh & let's not forget the receptionist who was super sweet & even wished us a happy anniversary! We will definitely return next time we're in Orlando!!

Just do t waste your precious vacation time. I came here when I was on vacation from a different…read morestate across the country looking for relaxation. I regret wasting my time and membership here. The front staff, kind and friendly, no problems with front desk. The location has some issues such as they don't allow same day cancellation. The issue came when I booked an appointment for both myself and my spouse, however one of the appointments the therapist was not available so they canceled one appointment and kept the other one. They told us they had a one day cancellation policy and we had to take another therapist if we wanted to be able to receive two massage at the same time, otherwise we would have to pay the cancellation fee for the appointment. Next issue, the location is under construction, the AC was not working. The therapist had fans running in both appointment rooms not to mention floor boards were exposed in the waiting room and hallways that were unfinished. The therapist I had Elena had a lot to be desired. She cut the 50 minutes short. It was not the 50 minutes I used my credit for and the pressure was not hard enough even though I had asked for harder. Not to mention this was the first time a ME therapist didn't wait for me at the end and offer a cup of water. Her exact reply"have a good night" without offering a bathroom or water. Would not recommend this location next time I'm in town which is twice a year from California. In CA the location has better therapists and better location standards.

I've been a Hand & Stone member for a couple of years, which is why this experience was so…read moredisappointing. The facial itself was well below the standard I've come to expect, but the most concerning part was the esthetician's professionalism. Twice during my appointment, while I was lying there with a mask on my face, she pulled out her phone and played TikTok videos out loud. Instead of using that time to provide the kind of relaxing experience I've received from other esthetician, such as a neck, shoulder, or hand massage, I was left listening to social media videos. I believe they have restrictions of having their cell phones in the room. There were other issues as well. The facial steamer was positioned so close to my face that it became uncomfortably hot, and I had to ask her to move it. That's something I don't feel a client should have to point out during a professional facial. When I spoke with the front desk afterward, I was told she wasn't from that location and had come from another Hand & Stone to help out. While I appreciated the explanation, it didn't change my experience. I also explained that I didn't think I should lose one of my membership credits for a service that fell so far below expectations. I later emailed corporate to share my concerns and never received a response. After being a loyal member for years, I expected much better customer service and follow-up. Everyone can have an off day, but using your phone to watch TikTok during a client's facial and then failing to respond to a formal complaint isn't the level of professionalism I expect from a company that promotes relaxation and self-care.

When my husband was paying for our services the front desk girl was overly pushy about becoming a member, I didn't like that. My husband saw Michaela, I believe, he said she was great and used the perfect pressure. I would go back to see Laura again. The lobby was clean, the massage table was warm, the music was calm. If the people aren't very careful and quiet you can hear them talk during your service.
