During my appointment, the woman working at the front desk repeatedly opened the door while I was undressed and completely exposed. This made me extremely uncomfortable and showed a serious lack of privacy and professionalism. I booked a full-body massage with a body scrub ($200 if you pay cash), gave no receipts. During the scrub, the massage therapist touched and scrubbed my private areas without asking for my permission or receiving my consent.
