I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The entire time, they kept trying to upsell services…read moreduring the massage and would not stop, which completely ruined any chance of relaxing. My husband specifically booked a back-only massage because he does not like his feet being touched, and they repeatedly ignored that and kept touching his feet anyway just to push upgrades. As for my massage, I told the therapist multiple times that the pressure was too hard, and they completely ignored me. I was uncomfortable and in pain the entire session. When my time was up, instead of ending professionally, I was asked if I wanted to continue. When I said no, I was given a hard slap on the back and a rude "time's up." This was, without question, the worst massage I've ever had. I am still in pain days later -- it honestly feels like I got hit in the lower back with a 2x4. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was not busy when I visited and they had a person in the entrance inviting people in for a massage. It is well appointed and looks very nice. It had stone walls, wood floor, red paper lanterns hanging from the ceiling, and pretty artwork on the walls. There are chairs for foot massage along the right, enclosed spaces for table massage and sit up chairs in the center spaces. It was not busy with customers. There were 3 staff available. I chose a 30 min table massage. The massage was rougher than I am used to and I am not a fan of them trying to increase your length of time and cost while I was getting the massage. They asked 3 times but finally accepted that I did not want more than my agreed upon time. The place was clean. The staff was friendly but pushy. The massage was rough but acceptable. The price was a little higher than other massage locations but reasonable at about $40 for a 1/2 hour.

She asked me if I waited a long time and told me I should've call her but I told her I though she was busy (that was weird but I understood) You have to paid up front which I did for an hour it was $70 and you have to leave the tip right there which I did $10 when the lady so the tip she complaint that the minimum suggested was $20 I look up and told her yes $10 and walked behind her to the room (very uncomfortable as it was my first visit and I don't know if the service was good or not plus last time I check tip is discrecional) this is the reason why I am leaving 4 stars Massage was great! She did a fantastic job as it was a real relaxing massage and I do plan to comeback I just hope it doesn't get weird again

The experience began the moment I walked in the door. The environment was calming and so very peaceful. She even has a little fish tank with a Buddha in it! Nicole did a full interview with me based on the paperwork she had me fill out to make sure that the massage she would give was in line with what I was looking for and that my body was needing. What followed was 90 minutes of pure bliss. She incorporates many signature touches in the client experience and she really understood my body structure and alignment and did some deep work on my "kinks". This wasn't one of those "diggy" deep massages where you're biting your finger in pain. Something about the way that she moves her hands creates deep work while at the same time soothing the muscle. I would highly recommend that you reach out to Nicole and get something scheduled as a gift to you!
