I bought a couples massage package from Groupon and every time I tried to book an appointment I was told they had no availability. This happened a few times. I then booked an appointment over a week in advance. The day before we were to receive our massages I got a text message from an automated source, after they closed for the day, that our appointment had been rescheduled. I called the next day and was told they only had one therapist at the time of our appointment ( which I had set a week in advance). They offered no explanation as to why. My masseuse is the best. I always go for deep tissue massage and this one is the best. She listens to how your body reacts with her touch and adjust her strengths accordingly. Every time i go somewhere else, I feel beat. Let me start by saying I never received a service so I can't necessarily say whether or not that would have been enjoyable. But the lack of communication at this business convinced me I should warn other potential clients. I bought a groupon for a 60 minute massage and called to book an appointment the first week of January. Their first available appointment was February 19th.. weird.. but I thought it meant maybe they're just very popular. I gave my name and phone number and I was booked. Fast forward to February 19th.. I show up to the location listed here as well as on Groupon fifteen minutes early. The door was locked. I called the business and to my disappointment they not only moved locations but they also weren't taking clients this week due to work in the new building they are in. WHAT? Don't you think this is something you'd tell your client? Maybe a courtesy call??! After asking the lady this question her response was a simple "we sent everyone an email" ... ok... no one ever even asked for my email?! Moral of the story is there's better places in Orlando. Alright y'all, they are lucky Yelp doesn't allow me to leave no stars because I'm 120% dissatisfied with this establishment, but also just want to warn you all.. so I bought this Groupon for a one hour massage at Natural Therapy and Spa.. called them to make an appointment on Monday, my appointment was for today(July 6th) at 1pm. I show up at about 12:50pm, excited for the massage that I ABSOLUTELY WORKED HARD FOR... And their doors are locked! I think maybe they're on lunch.. wait until 1, still nothing. I'm looking in the windows and there's not a soul in sight. The hours on the door say "10am-10pm" and the "open" sign in their window is lit up.. waited until 1:15pm, called them several times and no answer.. left voicemails and emailed them. I can't tell if I'm livid or extremely disappointed.. probably both. I've been lookin forward to this massage for like 3 weeks.. so much to treating myself for my birthday. read more

I'm sorry to have to leave such a poor review, but my experience at the Natural Therapy and Spa was the worst massage and the most unprofessional service I have ever received. First, the address was changed without any prior notification, since my appointment was never confirmed. There was no forwarding address left at the advertised location. Also, I arrived early for my appointment to fill out any required paperwork, but my massage still began 8 minutes late. In addition, my massage was interrupted twice so the therapist could attend to someone else.There are no actual individual spa rooms, so noise can be heard over the top of the partition. The lighting for these rooms is general fluorescent office-type lighting, which is very bright and does not promote relaxation. Also, the room temperature was very cold. When the therapist came in to give me my massage, I specifically asked if it was going to last 60 minutes and she assured me that it would. Ultimately, she stopped 10 minutes early and did not add any time for leaving twice. I told her that I had set my phone timer and she actually picked up my phone without my permission. There was also a clock on the wall, so it was quite apparent that my massage did not last one hour. I was actually more stressed when I left than when I arrived. I even checked the reviews for this establishment, which sound so nice. I have a feeling that these were somehow staged.
