A Life-Changing Doctor and Team - A Deeply Grateful Review for Dr. Kalidas…read more I don't usually write reviews, but when someone has such a profound and life-changing impact on your life and the lives of your loved ones, it becomes a necessity. My family and I have been under the care of Dr. Kalidas since 2018, through some of the most difficult health challenges we've ever faced. From the very first visit, he showed a level of care, attentiveness, and dedication that is simply rare in today's world. No matter how complex or overwhelming the issue, Dr. Kalidas never gave up on us. He listened with compassion, responded promptly, and guided us with wisdom, patience, and extraordinary kindness. He is not only a gifted holistic doctor but a true healer in every sense of the word. Time and time again, he went above and beyond--taking calls, answering urgent questions, and offering comfort and clarity when we needed it most. His devotion to finding the root cause and the best possible path forward for each of us has brought healing and hope back into our lives. What truly sets Dr. Klidas apart is not just his medical knowledge, but his heart. In my 60 years, I have never encountered a doctor so selfless, so genuinely caring, and so deeply invested in the well-being of his patients. He is truly a God-sent angel for my family. And his staff--every interaction has been met with warmth, professionalism, and quick action. They reflect his values and commitment in every way, making the entire experience feel safe, supported, and deeply human. There are not enough words to express our gratitude. I pray that God blesses Dr. Kalidas and his family with every good thing life can offer, because he truly deserves it all. His kindness, integrity, and unwavering dedication have left an indelible mark on our lives. Thank you, Dr. Kalidas, from the bottom of our hearts. You are the best there is. With deep gratitude, Jfa

I've been dealing with a lot of excruciating pain since after my surgery (non neck and non-spine…read morerelated). Sleeping on the recliner (post-surgery) for a month triggered an entire other problem: a bunch of unbelievable excruciating cervical neck pain, preventing me from sleeping throughout the night for about 5 days now. I was in tears every night when it was time to sleep and I almost called the ER 2 of those 5 nights and it became clear that I needed an MRI, it was so bad. I was very scared, as well as skeptical because I had never tried acupuncture before, but I decided to see  Dr. Anca for a treatment. It lasted for 30-45 minutes and I began to feel my body shift. For hours afterward, my spine continued to shift, crackle, pop, and my shoulders released. That same night, I was able to sleep like a baby. I was able to sleep on both sides of my neck (which is new) and the ability to switch over to the other side allowed me to sleep all night long. Also, I only woke up to use the restroom one time instead of 3-4 times lol. I am still in disbelief at how much this has changed my life, putting me back on track to normalcy. I was beginning to think I had to live with that pain forever. (For good measure, I am still going to ask for an MRI to see what that pain was all about). I highly recommend Dr. Anca and will never suffer that long again before making an appointment with her first. She is the real deal!

After, the first two treatments I notice I was having fewer hot flashes and my pain was less as well. What is so funny is after my 3rd treatment, I was not having any hot flashes and the pain in my back and neck was now a mystery. This has been the best acupuncture that I have had. Dr. Anca really talks to you to find out what is going on with you. I feel so comfortable with her and the care is genuine. I was struggling with a back spasm just above my tail bone that started very faintly and quickly…read moreprogressed over the next few days into debilitating pain spasms. In desperation (it was excruciating to sit on the toilet or get into a car when a spasm was happening), I posted on my social media asking if anyone local had any suggestions of doctors to see in the area for acute back pain. Many doctors were suggested and I went to one and he prescribed LOADS of meds. They didn't help. ONE person suggested Mario at Six Degrees of Wellness. I was in such pain and booked an appointment. The spasms would hit me like a contraction and stop me in my tracks, make me sweat. I could BARELY get on the massage table. The place was so soothing and Mario helped me get on the table. I was expecting him to go to work on my lower back where it hurt. He started at my feet, head, and neck. by the time he got to my lower back, the rest of my body had been ABLE to relax enough that I was able to flip over on my own and he could work his magic on my back. This isn't your typical "massage." This is more like getting your whole body to be less inflamed (a reaction by the body to pain) so that they CAN make progress in the specific area. Sometimes it hurts a little but I wouldn't even call it pain, it's pressure that makes your body pay attention to the tension then allows it to RELAX. He used this cool scraper tool and some suction cups that were INTENSLY pain relieving. When he was done, I had gone from a literal 10+ pain to a 1 and was able to get off the table and dressed by myself, no problem. By the following morning, I was at a zero. Zero pain and NO MEDS. It was MONTHS before I had another attack in a different part of my back (upper ribs that time) and they helped again. They also helped my son who fractured his foot last year and had ongoing pain a year later. When he was finished, my son actually walked differently and held himself "straighter" b/c he no longer was avoiding pressure on that foot. GO. Don't doubt it, just book a Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Massage.
